I fail to see the point of editing "FU**" and leaving "shit" as is.

Anyway, no inane flame post for you.

i think Simpsons cud get better if they try just look at friends. In the simpsons that were good things werent always likely but they could happen, they dont even think of ways to make it possible anymore. Also the four biggest things that piss me off about it are:

1. Famous people arnt taken the piss out of anymore they just appear?!!?!?

2. If they look into the scene and say something one more time....

3. if they scream 'whhaaaaaaaaaa' one more time and

4. Why cant they make u care about the characters anymore they should do a sad one like Futurama that bring a tear to some people eyes (not me im just so dam tough) Even wen mord died i couldnt have cared less.....

p.s I hate Satan he comes into every thread with some crappy comment whys he even in a message board?

Yeah there both great shows, futurama had a great run for it's short air time, but simpsons was grade A for at least the first ten or eleven years.  I think they both deserve a dignified and humorous send off

Lord knows why this is bumped, but I'd like to point out that this was my first post, from back in the days where this would be an acceptable topic.

That said, IBTL!

They're different shows I would say, aimed at different audiences, with different characters, with different storylines. One can't argue that one is better than the other I would't think.

I like the old Simpsons than the new ones cause it feels like they have ran out of ideas. But with Futurama they can write new jokes about aliens or robots or things that arent even possible (like Fry losing his head and having to get it sowed on Amys body) But if I had to choose between new simpsons or new Futurama I would choose Futurama.

Well, I remember hearing somewhere that Futurama was supposed to be more realistic than the Simpsons in some aspects, but obviously with storylines like that, you'd be hard pushed to see that in the Simpsons.

But truely enough, some of the things that happen to Homer would completely outright kill some of the Futurama characters.

Futurama. The Simpsons used to be my fave, but now, it's extremely bland in jokes and funny content

Futurama is not dead, they still make the comics, which are just like the episodes in every way apart from you read instead of watching. I don't mind about Futurama going off the air, as long as they don't stop the comics.  :)

And The Simpsons is fat, and smells bad, and is as dumb as a butt!  :laff:

I've seen so many of the Simpsons that they are just boring. i bought lots of the videos of them but in doing that i realised they are very repeatitive. I didnt think that when i got the futurama seasons 1-4 and i can still find them great fun to watch

FUTURAMA ROCKS!!!
