I'd have to say I like my avatar's scene best.  But besides that, I like the Mistle toe scene and the one from PL when Fry professes his love to Leela.

I like every scene where Leela kicks butt, acturian kung-fu style. 

But more specific the scene in "The Problem with Popplers" were the Omicronian leader gets high after eating the hippie is just hillarious beyond words. "Dude, my hands...the're huuuuge." "Whoa, I fell like I'm flying." ROFL

I think the pilot episode was the best of all the ones I've seen. It was so funny when Fry just flopped into the freezing chamber!

I liked the scene from the episode where Bender adopts all those orphans for money (or something like that). Anyway, he's in a bar, and he meets another robot (female) who he likes, and the kids...well..ruin it for him! I can remember the line he said:

"Why you little..." Reminded me of Homer Simpson!

Another scene from the pilot episode, when Fry asks to be taken to the town square in the tube, everyone else just drops out, but Fry goes flying straight into a wall! That still cracks me up!

man, one of the funniest scenes that comes to mind is when they're at the blurnsball game in "fear of a bot planet".  the scene where the batter hits a 'blurn' or whatever is absolutely hilarious, its so completely random.
