Maybe something like 300 Big Boys where everyone has there own little story, only make it much longer. If someone already posted it, I'm sorry. WUH-HOO! My FIRST TOTPD!

I wouldn't want an R-rated Futurama movie, it just wouldn't synch with the series. Maybe Mom could say "the f-word" once, though.

Anyway, I don't just want 1 or 3 Futurama movies. I want Futurama to have as many movies as Gojira/Godzilla, James Bond, Pokemon, Digimon and Dragon Ball/ Z. Okay, maybe that's too many movies for Futurama, but I think Futurama could become a long-running movie series, if they have just the right mixure of humor and emotion/"shippieness" (not just between Fry and Leela or Amy and Kif, but also between Fry and Bender and Leela and Amy.)

Here are some ideas:

Futurama: All Loose Ends Tied
 Explains the sadly large amount of plot holes, characters acting OOC, and things that were forgotten or never resolved.

Futurama: Revenge of the Near Death Star Robots
  The robots from the Near Death Star have been plotting their revenge on the PE crew ever since the events of ACOMO. The fact that Farnsworth actually got older in TML'sH has only made them madder. Now, they plan to capture only Farnsworth, but also Fry, Leela, Bender, Amy, Zoidberg, Nibbler, Cubert, Hermes, LaBarbera, Dwight, Zapp, Kif, Hatti (remember she owns PE stock so she's on the NDS 'bots' enemy list), Scruffy, Leo and Inez Wong, Gearshift, Preacherbot, Fender, iZac, Tinny Tim, Turanga Munda and Turanga Morris, Dwayne and those other 2 mutants, Fat-Bot, the Hyperchicken, Betsy (Amy's Buggalo), Pazuzu, Michelle and Oily. Can anyone stop the NDS 'bots?!

Anthology of Interest: the movie(s)
 You know the setup, so I'm just gonna come up with some ideas for tales:
"Realifuturama":
Fry asks "What if life was more real", and we get a live-action Futurama short. If the short is well-liked, there might be a full-length Futurama live-action film.

"Asiarama":
Amy asks "What if life resembled the cartoons and comics from my family's original homeland continent (Asia) ?" and we see an Anime/Manga-style drawn Futurama episode. Maybe there could be parodies of Dragon Ball/ Z/ GT, Pokemon, Digimon, Sailor Moon, Tenchi, Lupin III, etc.

"Futurama Kids":

Leela asks "Growing up, all the other kids cruelly teased and taunted me because of my 1 eye. I never had any friends until I met Fry and Bender and joined Planet Express. So my question is, what I met you all when I was a little girl." The result is Futurama parody of Muppet Babies, Flintstone Kids, Tom and Jerry Kids, A Pup named Scooby-Doo, Ultraman Kids, etc. It's kinda like TML'sH only Farnsworth and Bender are at their current ages and, obviously, no one gets any younger.

"Presenturama":
Fry says "Back in the 20th century, no one ever wanted to be my friends, and the only people who cared about me at all were my parents and my big brother Yancy. But when I got frozen and awoke at the start of the 31th century, I found my first true friends: Bender, Leela, Amy, and the rest of you guys. So I wonder, what if I met you all in the 20th century?" and we get a version of Futurama set in the 1990's. Leela isn't a mutant and may not have only one eye, Bender and Zoidberg are humans, Farnsworth is Fry's grandfather or something, and Amy's family doesn't live on Mars.

The Simpsons/ Futurama/ Family Guy/ the Critic/ King of the Hill, etc. crossover
 The Futurama Universe 1, the Family Guy Universe and the Sipsons/ Critic/ King of the Hill/ X-Files Universe make contact with each other just like the Marvel and DC Universes did in DC vs. Marvel (a.k.a. Marvel vs. DC). This crossover would mostly focus on the characters finding what they have in common with the people of other Universes Ex.: Marge, Leela, Lois, Peg, and Alice Tompkins; Leela, Lisa, and Meg; Amy,Lisa and Meg; Hank, Homer, Fry, Peter and Jay; Bart, Bender, Chris and Marty; Kent Brockman, Morbo, Linda, Tom Tucker, Diane Simmons; Duke Phillips, Mr. Burns and Mom, etc.

Nixon has started a uneversal war with Decopode 10,Mars,Mutants and Omicron Persi 8.Suiddenly,all Earth is drafted to serve in the war.The PE crew stay behind,after hidiing from the troops that were going to bring them in.Then,the Proffser gets an idea.He wants Fry,Bender and Leela to use his microwave time traveler to go to a day before Nixon declared war and stop him from
calling it.So,it up to them to stop the uneversal war before time runs out.

One flaw, Farnsworth doesn't have a microwave time machine. In RTEW, when the sun did that thingy, Fry put the popcorn in the microwave to heat it faster but the popcorn's metal isn't allowed in the microwave. Thus creating a blue effect that interfeared with the red effect from the sun. This created a tear in time and space which sent them back in time. It was an accident. So how could they go back in time if there was no sun explosion thing? They would have to wait for another one of those and Fry would have to do the same thing over again.

How about if the crew have to make a delivery to the edge of the universe, there, they meet their AU selves, anzway, something happens back on earth, say they lose a war to aliens (due to Zapp's incompitence) and the entire planet has to flee, but, none of earths allies will take them, so they try to go to the parallel universe, but, the aliens follow them and begin to invade the parra. uni. so this causes a war triangle with earth v.s. alternate earth and the aliens and vice versa, now the PE crew have found a new home and they are trying to get there but they're trapped with enemies on all sides!

I assume that a movie would have to center on the statement by Nibbler in "the Why of Fry" in which he refers to Leela as "the other" . They would have to do something with that b/c it's the biggest mystery in the series...

It would be good to explain Nibbler's "the other" comment.  And just for the heck of it, they should have the movie sync up with the White Album.  Or Physical Grafitti.  Or something else, but it should be able to sync up with something.

why not if its so horibly impossible to make a movie that goes into cinemas and is shockingly high budget just make a straight to video/dvd movie or like a 1-hour episode. EVEN (at least) one of those things like on simpsons who shot mr burns (a to be continued thing) or a few and then put them all on vid/dvd?

I'm a big fan of Futurama really. But I don't remember hearing anything about Leela being "the other". I know it's a fact but was it in Leela's Homeworld cause I've only seen the end of that and I had no clue what it was. Spl'oops.

New New York is in a lot of trouble.
Mayor Poopenmyer has dicded to risen as Mayor and Mom becomes the new mayor.
Just when the crew gets violent,Amy stops them.This is because Mom is the frst mayor of New New York.

So,Amy and Frida Waterfall(voiced by Phil Hendri)start a Mom support group along with thousands of women and fembots.Now that Mom has the women under control,nothing can stop her evil plan to control all woman in the uneverse,thus able to overthrough Nixon as President of Earth.

Soon,men are considered evil on earth.Men must hode from all the Amazonen hired guards.
Then only women who han't joined is Leela.
With mpost of the world in complete madness,
there seems to be no hope for men on Earth,
Until the most unlikely help:

Why do all Futurama fanfics turn out like some kind of rpg romance novel? The thought of that story being produced for film makes me shudder. Fry uses a sword to battle with some Dark Lord or some shit like that. Bender provides Leela with emotional counseling. Yep, sounds like Futurama to me. Action and emotional sincerity are a big part of Futurama, but that was a ridiculous read.

Mine has always been that the mayor of New New York gets sick and tired of quarantine the muntants under his fair city so he desides to go to war agianst the mutants. With the war plan of going underground to "flush them out" easly going through the DOOP process thanks to Zapp, the war is on and with leela being a mutant she joins up with the mutants also bender must join DOOP side due to his chip being activated now Fry must deside which side he should fight on.

dude i didnt mean to have it to the exact word. If this would be made into a movie I would hope that they would "Futuramaize" it a lot (put some Futurama style jokes in it)

(Fade in to Dr. Zoidberg, standing in the employee lounge, giving his "blank look" to the camera)

(A beat)
Zoidberg: Hoor-aaay!
(Insert: "From creator of the Simpsons" mumbo jumbo, shots of movie, clever narration, subtle dig at FOX. At the end, the ship flies across the screen with the release date, like in the intro)

Hey, I'm realistic. If it ever happens, it'll take a while, and Fox, with zero confidence in the project, will release it in late summer.

"Earth, our home planet. We have lived in peace for millions of years, but now Earth will need the greatest hero to help save it...(Cut to Fry scratching his ass and watching TV.)"

Voice: Meet Philip J. Fry, he lives the 31th Century.

Fry: What's for breakfast?
Amy: Unlucky Germs, they're tragically contagious.

Narrator: His best friend is robot.

Bender: Hey Fry, remember when you got drunk and I "borrowed" one of your kidneys?
Fry: No.

Narrator: He works as a delivery boy.

Hermes: Listen up people, we are going to have to slash a few things, including wages.
PE crew: Whatever.

Narrator: His boss is his nephew.

Professor: Good News Everyone, you'll be delivering steroids to Olympia 5.
Fry: Aren't steroids illegal.
Professor: Shhh, do you want them to know.

Narrator: And the girl he loves, is a cyclops.

Leela: For once, I like a guy who isn't turned off by my eye.
Amy: Then maybe you should wear sunglasses.

Narrator: Together they'll all have to save Earth, from the most evil force in the universe.

(See scenes of the Brain Spawn Attacking parts of the planet and the Omicronians are looking on happy.)
Nibbler: the Omicronians have released the Brain Spawn from their parallel prison and have set to destory, Earth.
Leela: oh my God, Nibbler can talk.

Captions of Names appear and for each name we cut to that character doing something heroic.
