You're required to fire one PE employee! Who will it be?

I'm sure there have been many many polls similar to this one but I'm new so that gives me the right to just barge right in and pretend the world revolves around me. 

So I wanted to post a poll. I tried to think of a difficult question that would actually make people think. That was too hard so I came up with this one:

You MUST fire one of the following employees. Who will it be and why?

(I had Scruffy in there as option #8 but I predicted a big landslide and then took him out. I'm a jerk that way.)

How about Nibbler, the dark matter producer?  Anyway, that's a really hard question, but I'd pick..um..um.. probably Hermes. They're all great, but I guess IMO he's just slightly less great
