The video game one was just hillarious, and the Wizard Of Oz piss-take had a few laughs too. I wasn't too fussed on the first story though. I've already seen next week's episode, but it'll be great to see Love & Rocket in TV quality.

Yeah, I loved all the obscure videogame references in the second act like that one. Well, that All Your Base Are Belong To Us thing wasn't really THAT obscure, but the general non-computer-nerd public probably wouldn't pick up on it.

"All your base are belong to us" is a line from a cutscene in a very poorly translated old videogame. Not so long ago, that single line became so popular amongst computer nerds that it spawned it's own song and numerous other things.

I don't know the whole story on it, but that's what I've heard anyway. I saw the music video for it once at my friend's house though, but I can't really remember much.

I taped it and haven't watched it yet. I liked last week's episode, but I reckon Shaun Micallef would be better doing a Backberner-type show, or another show like the Micallef Pogramme. I find the interviews quite boring but I really like the news based satire, and the other funny bits.

I have to agree with Zoidyzoid, Micallef Tonish would be better just as a plain comedy show without the interviews and other boring stuff. Comedy is obviously what makes the show, because, honestly - without the constant gags, the show would just suck. Oh well... 2 days to Love & Rocket!

Emanon- We were talking about Zero wing, and all the badly translated lines in it. one of them is, For Great justice take off every Zig, so I changed it to Emanon

I've seen love and rocket. It's not one of my favourites but it's a pretty good episode- I love Zoidberg's monologue at the end 

And Mikey- I know Minotaur, that's where I get my direct edition Futurama comics from- it's a pretty good shop.
