I see that there are those BOX Sets out there with a lot of bonus material. What about Season I ? No deleted scenes on the DVDs available?

if you're talking about this or this, then:

The BOX sets are the DVD's. They are one and same, just another way of writing.

They contain deleted scenes, animatics for SP3K, script for SP3K, story boards for SP3K, audio commentary for each episode and so much more.
