Just to let everyone know, it appears that "The Why of Fry" will not air on Sky One on April 20th, because of the special Simpsons 300th episode event. Hopefully the episode will air the week after.

I was afraid for a moment there that Sky had come down with "Channel 4 Syndrome"  ;).

Aaawwww that's a pity  :( But you're right, hopefully it will air the week after  :)

Great, that means I'm probably not going to be able to see it until June now.  :( I'm going back to university on the morning of the day that 'The Why of Fry' airs, where I don't have any access to Sky, so I won't be able to see the recording of it until I come back home after my exams. I was looking forward to this one, too.

Yep!
Plus tonight I think we have Less Than a Hero and then next week we have Teenage Mutant's Leela Hurdles!

By the way, for anyone who cares   ;) - tomorrows episode (TMLH) will be regularly scheduled (19:00), but it appears the repeat next Saturday will be pushed back to 21:30 - presumably to make way for these Golden award thingys.

Interesting to note here that Sky haven't removed the repeat entirely (although TWOF has been postponed) - obviously someone's paying attention to the ratings   :).

OTOH, it could just be that Sky have damn-all else to show   ;).

(BTW, I noticed something about The Simpsons - Sky showed the first episode back in Sept 1990. It's now under thirteen years later (April 2003), and we're now part-way through Season 14, at a similar position to the States - at some point Sky must have shown two seasons consecutively, without stopping?)

Sorry to double post, but I wanted to bump the thread. Looks like Sky One will return to a normal schedule on Sunday 27th (i.e. a Futurama episode at 7:00). However, there's no indication which episode that might be (though one would assume it to be TWOF).

Yeah as I said before, Fututrama will air after the Simpsons 300th episode but the week after we don't have a new episode unless Fox Show The Sting this Sunday.
