Fry is hardly gay, he might be a bit on the robosexual side but he's not gay.
The most likely character to be gay out of the main charaters is probally Leela, she is a typical lesbian in denile case since she has ridiculously high standards and she always ends up hating any man she sleeps with(Alkazar and Zap), she will probally eventually settle for a woman like Amy.
Zoidberg might also be gay.
