I think it will start with Fry looking for an engagement ring for Leela, and comes by Ultra Guy's Jewelry store, and buys the ring (Another "Shut up and take my money would be funny) and the professor invents the "Back 10 seconds Button" and the "Time Proof Shelter". Act Two will probably feature the "big question" Possibly well swinging on the swing made of people. But then, stuff gets bad. Fry is on a balcony, but the wind blows him off, Hubert dies of toxins, and Hermes gets murdered. Leela is so sad, that she takes the button and fixes it all, but there was an error with the time-proof shelter, and Leela has to destroy it. Leela prevents Fry from going on the balcony, stops the murderer and disposes of the toxic waste. Act Three is probably the wedding, and might end with a frame for five seconds saying The End?

This is the kinda finale ep I really won't know about until I see it. It's hard for me to even speculate, since it's going to involve a 10-Second Back in Time Device, and a Time Proof Shelter. It could be pulled off pretty well, or it can fall flat and make us rue the return of this show.

I think that first fry is going to get an engagement ring and then propose on the swing of people but then the professor invents the back 10 seconds machine and has a mistake and sets leela fry hermes zoidberg and amy all the way back when fry got frozen then they find a way back get hitched then fry wakes up in panuccis and mr panucci says you passed out for a few months because of a coma and finds out it was all a dream.

You're all going to end up hating this, too. It's like you all take one thing from an episode you all don't like, and you think the whole show sucks because of it.
Old and New Futurama are both equally good. I'm outta here...

They're trying not to spoil the episode for theirselves. They want it to be every bit as surprising/exciting as it deserves to be.

WAIT, hasn't DXC said in multiple interviews that Fry and Leela's wedding takes place at the beginning of this episode? The first 2 acts have nothing to do with the wedding, other than Fry preparing to propose...

Either that, or they really have crammed, and I mean bloody crammed the third act with as much stuff as possible. In most of the interviews with DXC, he has said something similar to: "Lots of people think I'm spoiling the final episode when I say Fry and Leela get married, but that's just the beginning, there's lots of death and time travel."
Why would he spoil the wedding in the third act then mention the time travel and death, which we already know there is a lot of in acts 1 & 2?

I'm thinking the episode either ends with the People Swing, or the wedding.
The people swing is a plausible ending. But I'd much prefer the wedding.

I am sceptical about the swing. As far as I recall, no preview showed the final scene/ending so far. Though I also wondered wether constantly using that button "freezes" the universe somehow, and the last scenes shows Fry and Leela first using their "private time", before trying to fix the timeflow [/quote]

Why are so many people convinced that the "people swing" will be the final scene of the episode?

I think their wedding will be the final moment. Most finales for Futurama end on a sweet note.

Wouldn't the constant use of such a back-in-time-device create lots of time duplicates of the people using it?

It might work differently, since there is that time shelter involved, but I don't know. You probably can look it up from those revealed 2 acts, if you want to.
Is there a place to watch act two?
