I've been trying to remember which episode shows one of the gang reading a pamphlet entitled "Mental Illness: It's OK to Be Ashamed". Does anyone know?

TIA,

I think that's from 3ACV11 - "Insane in the Mainframe".

Oops, nope! It's from Bender's Game. ;)

No; I just watched that episode, and it wasn't in there.

More specifically, it's from Bender's Game Part 2.

Oh yeah, that was this, wasn't it?

Fry : "It says here we should tell his friends he's at a spa."
Amy : "How's Bender doing?"
Fry : "He's at a spa."
Amy : "They have spas in the nut-house?"

Bender's Game seems generally quite unappreciated, but I rewatched it a few months ago and really enjoyed it. It's much less character focused than the other movies, but it's still great fun. It's one of my favorite Bender A-plots, and Mom and Igner are great too.
