I don't care what format it's in, as long as new Futuama is still being produced I'm happy.

I assume the budget would be even lower if they were to go online, not that it matters too much.
David X. Cohen said that they have high standards and won't revive the show again if the budget is too low, somethin along those lines.

Countdown to Futurama: Fry with a Monster MouthI know what you’re thinking: There’s something different about Fry in this image from the upcoming episode, “Murder on the Planet Express,” but you can’t quite put your finger on it.
Give up? Turns out those are new shoes.

Give up? Turns out those are new shoes. I suppose each crew member will have a monster look exactly like them after watching Zoidberg in the trailer. Like the 4-legged mimic in LLLIS

Oh. I see now. It just shapeshifts into a person, eats them. Then still is in that shape to look like the person to avoid suspicion.

So, are the characters been literally "eaten" or merely "swallowed"? If it's the former, I'm kind of worried they won't be able to write their way out without resorting to magical bullshit. We've had too many of those so far.
Yeah, there's always a wormhole or a quantum state or an invention to save them. It would seem reasonable that monster "swallows" them and then starts to digest, so they can be rescued in the end of the episode... by Scruffy?

I know right? Whenever the crew is in trouble, there is always a mushroom dog filled with souls exploding or a wormhole to a new place in the universe. Y'know, I'd like to see Scruffy save the crew in the end.

In the 7B preview video, (presumably) we see the girl who falls in love with Zoidberg making out with him, but it looks like she has operation clothes on. Maybe she'll still love Zoidberg even after the nose transplant to fix her sense of smell?

Juk.
There will probably some kind of back story about the nose too...

Countdown to Futurama: Nurse AmyHere’s Amy in a nurse’s uniform from the upcoming episode, “Stench and Stenchibility,” which will find Zoidberg falling in love and Bender facing off in a deadly tap-dancing competition.

There is a chance, since she has a doctorate. But what happend to Zoidberg's girlfriend in the sneak peek?

Tap dancing? Sounds like a pretty lame B-plot. On the other hand, B-plots seem pretty rare these days so I'll take whatever I can.
And a Bender B-plot... that character seems to be a tad overdone in season 7B.

This episode doesn't seem right as the first part of a two-parter season finale. But, I think the plot will become a great one come the week after that episode.

Yeah, it's interesting to see how the two episodes are linked together.
I'm pretty certain the episodes aren't linked at all now. Also, guess we know which episode the scene with Bender tap-dancing on all the crews' heads is from now. But what happend to Zoidberg's girlfriend in the sneak peek?
Zindy isn't the one who falls in love with him, she's a girl he dates online who dumps him when they meet in person due to his foul odours.

Maybe she wore it for the party. Her boots seem a bit out of uniform for the dress era. They usually wore sort of big clunky white shoes back then. But then I go back far enough to remember nurses starting to wear tennis shoes caused a bit of contoversy.

Bit of a demotion, considering Amy has a doctorate. Probably a one-scene gag. More jokes could be gotten by asking where she got the nurses uniform in the first place...
Yeah, like maybe she spilled wine on her outfit when she was at one of Dr. Cahill's sleepover parties and had to borrow an outfit?
