^I agree with everything that Anna said, are exactly my thoughts.

Even if we haven't seen anything (besides these 2 seconds in the trailer) about G.I Zapp ,the rest look so good! Anyway  they went with Groening's style but in chibi/super-deformed, I dunno ,I was expecting something more...girly? whatever they look so adorable! (I love Leela's hat and stockings/shoes in her outfit).

About the Scooby Doo segment, not bad! seems they got the style perfectly, and even if I don't know who in the earth is Larry Bird, I really dig the clones idea! (also,is just me or the style kinda reminds me to The Beatles?), by the way I hope that there's G.I Zapp in today's update!

And talking about the other previews,I wasn't expecting to see Sean, I'm so excited for that episode now,I want to know more about him!

Larry Bird was to basketball what Ty Cobb and Shoeless Joe Jackson were to baseball, or  Suzanne Lenglen and Martina Navratilova to tennis.  nevermind...  :D

Leela looks like Vanellope from Wreck-It Ralph for the part Leela has in the Strawberry Shortcake segment, not a lot like her. But a bit.
Surprised nobody noticed this.

Perhaps princess Vanellope, but the colors are totally different... Leela is not a cute person, really. They have to do something to make her fit in the cute stawberry world ^^

The episode with robot devil, I loved his joke in the trailer even though I was almost sure it was in Leela and the Genestalk (now I see that it was an illogic thought) XD

But why they don't put any storyboard in the countdown? they were the thing I liked more in previous years

They really should have learned not to make a deal with the (robot) devil.
In the picture he is going to make a surprisingly good offer after turning them down. No?

In the Tumblr post, it says:

Quote from: Matt Tobey
In this still image from the upcoming Futurama episode, “Calculon 2.0,” Bender and Fry travel all the way to Robot Hell to ask Robot Devil to release Calculon.

So we can safely say Calculon's programming/spirit/ghost/whatever was sent to Robot Hell, and in order to resurrect him in physical form they need that back.

From the image, I gather the Robot Devil tried to show Bender and Fry something, and it turned out wrong, which is why Bender and Fry have a kind of "Umm, okay..." expression on their faces, and the Robot Devil looks like he's getting up to moan/complain about how what he was showing them went wrong. One of many interpretations.

The Robot Devil looks like he's running to save something.

Either way, it's a pretty boring promo image considering there's been several similar scenes already in the series.

I am curious about the episode's further background:
What makes Fry and Bender go to Robot Hell to get Calculon back. They most certainly won't do it for no raisin. A motive beyond "Yep, but we want to see more All My Circuits" episodes.
Also:
- Will Calculons ressurection be the episode's final, the "mission accimplished"?
- Or will it happen in the beginning, with the resurrected Calculon bringing further problems needing to be solved?

I wouldn't count on that. Contrived raisins and raisinless premises have been on the increase since Season 6B, I feel.

A contrived raisin is still a raisin though. I'm sure there'll be an actual raisin besides the previously suggested raisin.

I mean, bringing Calculon back to life isn't really enough material for an entire episode. There's got to be more raisins involved. And if there isn't, well that's at least one episode we won't need to worry about feeling particularly rushed.

I think they will involve Roberto in this episode.

They try to bring back Calculon but things go wrong and they end up with roberto's ghost haunting them or something like that.

I think it's mostly about Bender wanting to resurrect Calculon since he's one of his biggest idols.

On the bright side, we got some other awesome episodes to look forward to, Jarvio. And I bet it may just prove you wrong! :)

So please keep the rants to yourself until the episodes are aired. I'm not saying don't express your opinions, but I'd hate to have people look at you as the new 0nuki, just because you don't like one thing. Not to say that would happen, but it's just something to be aware of.  :p

I thought Futurama fucked up after the "Seven Million Dollar Mon" or whatever it was when Roberto died, few episodes after Calculon died.

My guess for what will happen in Calculon 2.0:

Bender will see a new revived episode of All My Circuits with that new fruity robot actor instead of Calculon, so will try to get the crew to help him find away to revive him from the dead just so his T.V. show is good again. Then from here I'm going to guess either the Professor tries to revive him with that ritual in the trailer that leads Fry and Bender into Robot Hell or Fry and Bender will immediately go to Robot Hell first and will make a deal with the Robot Devil to be told how to revive him, but with a very bad consequence (Calculon is now evil...er, Roberto or The Robot Devils in his body instead). Then the rest of the episode will have Calculon doing havoc and hilarity will ensue.

As for Saturday Morning Fun Pit, from the Countdown stuff I've seen, it seems pretty good and possibly on par with Reincarnation. It really seems like they're getting a pretty good grasp on each of the shows they're parodying in animation style and it definitely looks a lot more fun and energetic than Naturama did. It may possibly flop like the 3rd and 5th trilogy episodes did, but so far it at least seems to be attempting to do something creative for the show.

I'm putting my money on something like this as well. I reckon someone (probably Bender) will hate the new actor which will inspire the resurrection of the original Calculon.

Nobody is getting their tits knotted. Danny is attempting to point out that you said something that didn't really make any sense. In addition, you should try not to quote pictures on the page where they've already been posted. It's good PEEL practice to replace the quoted picture with text that indicates which pic further up the page you're referring to. You'll find other tips in the manual, which might help you be a less terrible PEELer.

Anyhow, I'm in agreement with Box Incorporated here. That's how I see this episode going down, and I'm not really looking forward to it. There's no reason in particular that stands out to me, other than that the premise just isn't grabbing me by anything that would get me excited.

After being replaced by Vaxatron on "All My Circuits", what's a robot thespian to do? If you're Calculon, you put on your own one-robot show.

So, he didn't get back to "All My Circuit" when alive again.

At least not immediatelly. We do not know wether the show wants him back at all.
I was reminded of Kruty's "Warm Up Solo Projects", that in the end got him back to his usual TV show.

I can't quite see Justin Bieber being believable as Barney "I womanize in my sleep" Stinson. Can you imagine him delivering an even halfway cromulent performance?
