I would really like to see more of the professors inventions. Mostly because they always give out great episodes, in my opinion. And his inventions are always generally interesting.

'Perverted' is perhaps not quite the right word, try 'romantic', although I'm totally up for snoo-snoo... uh for Fry and Leela. I'm right, thanks. xD

More of Fry; given that 7A had literally zero Fry episodes that didn't heavily involve Leela.

I went for more crazy Professor inventions. but I'd also like more Fry. The fact there wasn't a single non-shippy episode starring him was really noticeable to me.

Can we nake the poll multiple choice, please?

Also you put options for more of Fry and Bender but no option for more Leela, not that I'm going to vote for that though.

I think "Near-Death Wish" sort of counts as a Fry episode and a Farnsworth episode, in a way similar to "The Duh-Vinci Code." It is true, though, that there were no episodes this season that were solely about Fry--and that's certainly strange, considering Leela had two episodes ("Zapp Dingbat" and "The Butterjunk Effect") and Bender had even more ("The Bots and the Bees," "The Thief of Baghead," "Free Will Hunting," and "31st Century Fox"). I guess it didn't bother me because there were plenty of episodes that heavily featured the whole trio (which I love), and the two super-shippy episodes ("A Farewell to Arms" and "Fun on a Bun") were among my favorites of the season.

Anyway, I voted for "funnier episodes," not because I thought 7A was unfunny--quite the opposite, in fact--but because I guess there's always room for improvement, and there are definitely types of jokes that I'd like the writers to eschew in favor of ones that seem more in-keeping with (what I perceive as) the show's comedic strengths and sensibilities.

How do you make them multiple choice? Cause I never knew we could do that.

And nobody really likes Leela episodes (Yo Leela Leela, A Leela of her own, The Buttterjunk Effect). But I'll add her to the polls as well.

I want more of the Leela we saw in 31st Century Fox. Because she was awesome there.

I want them to keep focusing on the trio. I thought they did that well this season and it was excellent. Also wouldn't mind more sci-fi-y stuff (including more Professor inventions).

PEEL has a manual you know. A little reading will teach you much.

I'd like to see more of the Leela from 31CF as well. She wasn't a bitch, and I actually started to like her again.

More Professor stuff would be nice - but less messing around with his backstory. In fact, less messing around with everything that's already been established. I don't think it's too much to ask to have continuity treated with respect going forwards.

It'd be cool to see more space stuff, more scenes on the ship, and more deliveries. More strange new worlds and creatures would be nice, too. I suspect I'll get a little of what I want to see, but not much. Along with stuff that I really don't want to see. Meh. It's not a big deal. By this point my expectations are so low, I won't be surprised if an entire episode takes place on the PX couch.

Yes, I have read the PEEL manual to the extent to where I know what not to do. But I still cannot find a option to make this poll multiple-choiced. I only saw a picture of a multiple-choice poll on the manual-topic you sent me. But it didn't say how to do it.

I agree with no more messing around with the professor's back-story with mom-corp though, it's been getting a little bit overused since Futurama returned.

More

+ Fry centric episode (they always seem to be amongst the best episodes)
+ Professor's crazy experiments (again, they are some of the best)
+ Nibbler (cameo's or speaking roles, just more of him)
+ Mom episodes (I'd love another "Mother's Day" or "Future Stock")
+ Deliveries to strange planets (only one or two this season and it was to an existing planet)
+ Whole crew episodes (such as "The Prisoner of Benda" or "Möbius Dick")
+ David X. Cohen episodes (although he didn't write a fantastic episode this time, he is a great writer)

Less

- Bender episodes (five episode revolving around him, a subplot and a heavy presence throughout)
- Leela episodes (Not as many as Bender but she was still featured a lot)

^This (With maybe the exception of Mom episodes: I would not mind more of them produced, but they are not something I desperately wish for).

They seemed to have problems coming up with Fry episodes. (In season 7A, he basically had one own and one "shared with Leela" plot, putting him on the same level as Amy. That is a tad to little). I missed the "regular guy as viewpoint" theme. Groening/Cohen said they would no longer need the "common guy" as center, but I think they are rather wrong about that.
(Mere speculation here: The writers sometimes seem overcareful to me not the stretch Fry's character too much. Which puzzles me a bit: LaO was maybe one of the most unusual Fry episodes, yet -afaiK- it's generally considered to be a rather good one. It bore the vibe of the typical "Homer Simpsons Solo career episode", and these usually work. At least for me...)

Also, Bender was indeed a bit too much in season 7A. He adds his shenanigans/over the top actions, and these often are the craziest/most memorable jokes. Yet, as episode protagonist, it can quicky get "too much". Crazy actions usually only shine in front of a more "normal" background.

There were a lot of Fry-centric episodes in 6B, so that's a little understandable. But I like Fry episodes and would not mind more of them.

Would definitely like more delivery episodes. They're getting to the point where you forget the characters are a delivery crew. And strange planets are always really fun! Except when they're kind of stupid, like the one in Fry Am the Egg Man (but that was overall a good episode).

More deliveries, some rollicking off-planet adventures, even a two-parter with a cliffhanger . Maybe Fry rescuing Leela when she's in trouble. Kif being promoted above Zapp. Scruffy's origin.

And in the less column - pop culture references.

I didn't think that people would have wanted a multiple-choice poll. So you can't really blame me here, let's just ignore that fact.

I would also like to see some more of Nibbler next season. Maybe like, another brain story involving him and Cubert. Now that would a classic........ Also, More PE Deliveries.

Actually, I meant temporarily, for laughs. Would Kif treat Zapp the exact same way that he had been, or would he be magnanimous? Amy likes 'bad boys', remember?

I wonder what 80s cartoons they will be doing in the next 3 parter?  I'd quite like to see Amy, Leela and Lebarbs as Jem and the Holograms, and with Mom and her sons as the Misfits.  I really hope they are going to make fun of all the great things about 80s animation, such as the choppy animation, the overuse of "cute" characters that end up being annoying as hell, and the constant "drugs are bad" messages that are always delivered with animation that is trippy as hell.

I'd also love for their next three parter to be about classic children's literature.   Maybe Alice in Wonderland, James and the Giant Peach (that one would be a great ensemble piece.  Mom would be great as Aunt Spiker, and the PE crew could take the place of Fry/James's bug companions).... and one more.  Maybe an alien version of Beatrix Potter?  Especially if they animated it to look a bit like Potter's watercolour illustrations.  Maybe something like "The Tale of Two Bad Tribbles" or "The Tale of Peter Sarlaac".

I actually wouldn't mind a three parter that focuses exclusively on Roald Dahl.  They could do a Matilda featuring a pudgy and intelligent Amy, with Leo and Inez as Mr and Mrs Wongwood.  We could also a Charlie and the Great Glass elevator (who doesn't love Vermicious Knids?), or the Witches with Mom as the Grand High Witch (with pretty much every female recurring character as her witch army, from Hattie and Petunia to Trixie and Dixie.)

I know we've had Charlie and the Chocolate factory, but that is pretty much a stock parody.  I'd like them to do two of Dahl's most famous stories (James and Matilda) followed up with one that isn't as well known (The Witches).   Though Farnsworth's Marvellous Medicine would be fun too.  I know Tnuk is going to hate me for this, but some of my favourite episodes are parodies.  I think as long as they make the humour accessible for people who aren't that familiar with the source material, they'll do fine.  Plus Roald Dahl is timeless, and is far less likely to become dated the way jokes about Avatar, Ipods, Susan Boyle and Lady Gaga will be in four or five years time.   Actually, Susan Boyle is already old, considering Simon Cowell has dumped her for his next meal ticket.   A Flight to Remember works because it doesn't just parody one movie, but various films about the Titanic such as a Night to Remember, as well as a genuine historical event and disaster/doomed romance movies in general, wrapped up in true sci fi silliness.

Okay so since I can only have one option, I went for more of Fry getting hurt, because A. it tackles the 'More of Fry' option too and B. it's hilarious.

I wonder what 80s cartoons they will be doing in the next 3 parter?

Scooby-Doo and G.I. Joe were mentioned, but I dunno if they were just examples of popular 70s and 80s cartoons.

How about some more Amy getting hurt?  She was created with slapstick in mind, and it's been a while since we heard her trademark "Amy hurts herself" screech.

So I am guessing Fry will be Shaggy, Bender be Scooby, Amy be Velma and Leela be Daphne.  No one cares about Fred, obviously.  I wonder if they will use teen versions?  It would make sense since pudgy teen Amy with glasses would be a great fit for Velma.

Something else I kinda want next season is more clever sci-fi jokes like what we saw on A Farewell to Arms, or Cold Warriors.

Sparky- Hmm, I guess. I haven't heard of that one. Danny- well, I guess someone's covered that already. I think the last episode of South Park on the air was where Kenny was using some video game thing to fight the hordes of Hell. It was some Terry Schiavo parody, I believe.
