More commentary spoilers:

"Leela and the Genestalk" will explain why Munda had regular arms in her first silent cameo appearance.

Matt G. saved the episode "Zapp Dingbat" from the worst ending ever in Futurama history, by asking for an all new ending before this 'alternate' terrible singing ending aired.

I mentioned that a few replies ago. ;)

And I agree that the original ending of Zapp Dingbat is awful. Nobody had any reason to sing and it felt so tacked on. Thank you Matt.

The next half is airing next summer, I don't know the exact date. The earlier the better, right ? :P

Also, the Futurama blu-ray and DVD set 7A is currently 45% off, at amazon.com . Very nice deal !

EDIT : Here are the details about the previously mentioned live event. http://sfsketchfest.com/x/performers/futurama-live/

Hey everyone, I live in S.F. and wanted to go to the SF Sketchfest live show featuring a heap of the cast at Cobb's Jan. 26th, but it sold out alreeaaaady. It's tragedy on a bun.
This is my first post on PEEL, and I'd appreciate any leads, extra tickets, or general help in going to see the cast at Cobb's. I'll pay more than face value up to a point.
Thanks,

I think I saw that same email address, only in a post about rich but lonely and single men looking for girlfriends-could that be you? Also, something about penile enlargements and working from home.

Really, I'm trying to understand what motivation he would have in scamming some fun but obscure corner of the Internet? Could it be real?

rough stuff gang. thought it was futurama fans on here. instead it's literally the best jokes i've ever seen. man. the best. simply the best. jeez. the best. i mean when that one guy posted something about penises, i was like man. the best jokes. i mean, i would assume that futurama fans would be funny, but this is some next level stuff. And when that other guy was like i'm a nigerian prince, i was like man. obviously he knew that someone offering money for a futurama live ticket would be a scammer, obviously. so he then took it to the next level, as i previously mentioned has been happening. he, instead of accusing me of being a scammer, joined in on the scamming theme i had established, obviously, when i asked for help with getting a ticket. seriously, man. jeez whoa man. keep it coming, this is much more interesting than things having to do with futurama. thanks for showing me real futurama fans aren't blogging! once again, please keep the next level jokes coming. thanks!

seriously, how does this not make sense as a way to get a ticket to a show that's sold out (go to the performer's website/forums and try to connect with other fans)? You guys are just being mean and dismissive when i could really use some help. also, bonus points to who can tell me how a scammer would scam you after paypal-ing you money?

Relax, JCVD. I am on your side. After doing a simple Google search, I saw you ain't funnin'. I come from the SF Bay Area, and that sounds like a really fun show to go.

But, I can't help you, because I don't have a ticket, much less heard of that show until you posted about it.

Also, I'm a lady. And I love me some penis jokes. So get down off your high horse, mister! :)

FoxFast.com may not be the source of choice for some, but the site has been correct about production codes and pending air-dates for the FOX Animation Domination line-up for at least 2 seasons.  According to the site, the remaining 7ACV-- production line is as follows:

7ACV14 - Forty Percent Leadbelly
7ACV15 - 2-D Blacktop
7ACV16 - T.: The Terrestrial
7ACV17 - Fry And Leela's Big Fling
7ACV18 - The Inhuman Torch
7ACV19 - Saturday Morning Fun Pit
7ACV20 - Calculon 2.0
7ACV21 - Assie Come Home
7ACV22 - Leela And The Genestalk
7ACV23 - Game Of Tones
7ACV24 - Murder On The Planet Express
7ACV25 - Stench And Stenchibility
7ACV26 - Meanwhile

Is it really a "single story stretching over two episodes?" two parter ?
After all, season 7a was also rumored to have a two-part final, that turned out to be a single canon and a single non-canon final, that were not really linked.

I'm tempted to say this is true. Maybe it's a "two-parter finale" in the sense that they air two episodes in one night at the end of summer.

However, "Meanwhile" do sound like it's the sequel of something.

Here's some news whose legitimacy no one will question: Nominations for the 2012 PEELies are now open. Shoot the PEELies council an email with your picks for various awards (including The Throbbing Sprunger Award for Best Detector of Futurama News and Information) by 11:59 Pacific time on Sunday, January 13th. More information can be found here.

Thus ends my shameless PEELies plug. You may now resume your regularly-scheduled squabbling.

If the titles correspond correctly to the production codes then that is really strange. I mean, "Saturday Morning Fun Pit" not being their big finale breaks with the trend established for the last 3 half-seasons (every one since the show was resurrected), not to mention the gist of interviews we've seen.

And then there's meant to be something of a real two-parter as this season's canon finale. Fair enough, maybe that's why they felt the need to not end with "Saturday Morning Fun Pit" (thus, essentially have 3 finale episodes), but "Stench and Stenchability" really doesn't sound like the big finale we've been promised. It sounds like a Zoidberg episode as opposed to an epic Fry and Leela story involving short-bursts of backwards time-travel

I guess Comedy Central has messed with the production order again, or the source is illegitimate. I am still extremely adrenalized for the next half of Season 7, and I am hoping for renewal, as the show still seems to be on top in my eyes, but I wish we could get some confirmation, just in case this is false.

You'd think we would have heard something by now, considering how long it takes to make an episode.  No news, in this case, is not good news.

They do have a month to decide wether or not to cancel or renew a whole bunch of shows. Don't worry, we're only the 8th, let's give them a little more time.

I hope this is correct: 7ACV19 - Saturday Morning Fun Pit.

I'm sick of the non-canon eps airing last each half season.. mix it up.
I don't want the series finale to be a non-canon episode.

Will CC renew Futurama this month?
Does anybody have any insider information?

With 7A basically being the first half, I do not mind that season ending on a "non-epic-filler-standard-episode" (30th century fox), followed by some non-canon.
Yet, with 7B concluding the season, it should end on a high note, with the last canon episode bearing special/epic tones.
I would not mind one last non-canon episode after that. The last canon will the seen as the REAL final by most viewers, with the non-canon one some kind of "encore"/"fade out" .

What Hein said. The non-canon finale is like the go-home show, partly to keep casual fans happy, and that's good. They're not gonna be that interested in some hugely emotional half-hour of comedy that requires a butt-ton of pragmatics.

But there isn't a non-canon finale this year. We're getting a two parter for it, and even though I have deep faith in renewal, I know there's a good chance of a theatrical movie when the series is finished.
