Maybe it's just me but I have never really found the memes Futurama has inspired (Fry squinting, "Why not Zoidberg?", etc.) very funny.

"I don't want to live on this planet anymore." and "Your music's bad, and you should feel bad!" were (and still are) great lines, but it feels as if they've lost some of their meaning because of these memes.

For me, memes become very repetitive and lose their meaning fairly quickly.

Eh, the memes don't bother me so much as the saturation effect they have.  Some of my precious subreddits are completely polluted with memes now.
