As a long-time Star Trek fan, I absolutely loved Where No Fan Has Gone Before--that was my first Futurama episode.

TLPJF May be my favorite, or Reincarnation. I don't really know, Season 6 gave us some really good eps with a good amount of stinkers as well. But I'll give my top 11 below:
11 I Second That Emotion 10 The Problem with Popplers 9 The Why of Fry 8 Roswell that Ends well 7 Anthology of Interest 6 The Luck of The Fryrish 5 Jurassic Bark 4 The Bots and the Bees 3 The Sting 2 The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings 1 The Late Phillip J. Fry or Reincarnation.
It may be Reincarnation for me.
but I have alot of honorable mentions to: The Prisoner of Benda, A Clone of My Own, Hell is Other Robots, Mothers Day, Time Keeps On Slippin', Cold Warriors, That Darn Katz, Law and Oracle, and The Tip of The Zoidberg.

Reincarnation would easily be in the worst top 10. Weird.
Not to me. I enjoyed the Fleischer style and the Anime style, both were cleverly written in my opinion. It's just hard deciding on which episode is better, because both were cleverly written and had a few good moments. But I think Reincarnation tops the cake for me. Remember, Reincarnation is non-canon and has some moments that fit into whatever animation style they were doing, and shouldn't be taken as seriously like a canon episode would.

Strictly speaking, that's not true: he has enough imagination to picture a world where "Reincarnation" is not an awesome episode. Seriously, though: I get why that's a divisive, love-it-or-hate-it episode. It's so far removed from what Futurama typically does; I think it's impressive that the characters themselves still retain their basic personality traits from style to style and from story to story (it helps ground things, somewhat), but there is still something very different about the episode that makes it hard to compare to both other canon episodes, and to past AOI-style non-canon fare. Besides the obvious visual differences, the pacing is different and the jokes are different. The episode is essentially an extended pop culture reference, a protracted and multifaceted homage, and I can definitely see how that would not be every fans' cup of tea. 'Course, I don't mean to put words into flesheatingbull's mouth; his reasons for disliking "Reincarnation" might be totally different from the ones I've described, which is (obviously) quite all right.

Well after watching Fun on a Bun, it made its way to second on my list. Right behind The Sting and in front of The Devils Hands are Idle Playthings. Buy who knows, I'm sure it will change again.

TSMDM It took me waaay longer than it should have to figure out that that was an abbreviation for "The Six Million Dollar Mon." God, am I bright. On the subject of season seven episodes beating out "Mobius Dick" (of which I'm actually quite fond; I'd say it's a solid 8/10, and definitely one of 6B's best episodes): I think "A Farewell to Arms," "Zapp Dingbat," and "Fun on a Bun" are all superior to MD. They're not as laugh-out-loud funny as that episode, but they all do a better job of keeping everyone in character and utilizing the whole PE crew in a balanced way--and, to me, that matters more when rating an episode than does the volume of jokes. Of course, like UrL says, what Danny's really wondering is if any 7A episodes are better than anyone else's all-time favorite episodes...in which case I'd have to say no. The only episodes of the new run that would come close to besting my top three (roughly: "The Sting," "Roswell that Ends Well," and "Insane in the Mainframe") are "The Late Philip J. Fry" and "Reincarnation." "Fun on a Bun" is probably Top 25-worthy, though.
