Hello world.
There is a question:
we are about running a new web project, we would to name it after a qoute from Fry. We are German, and need to know how to name it correctly, the information what Fry exactly said - something like "simple but simple" in German it was 'einfach aber simpel'
PLEASE,
can anyone tell me which episode it was?

Yes, Betina, Unmentionable is correct.  From The Infosphere (a wonderful resource maintained by a Peeler):

"Fry: Thank you for asking, English. My life is simple, but plain. And, though Bender be gone, somehow, I feel he's still with me."

Good News, Everybody! It's The 10 Best Inventions From Futurama

Ugh. How did the Eye-Phone make it onto a list of the best Futurama inventions? It spawned the sixth worst episode, as well as being a thinly-veiled parody of one of the most irritating ubiquities of the current era.

The self-microwaving bavarian cream dog is a way better invention. :p

Well..the petition does not only spread around individual persons, but also among internet forums and other social media platforms.
When being posted in a board with an appropriate large number of users, such a boost can occur.

Netflix's deal with Viacom expired on May 1st, and as such a lot of Comedy Central shows are no longer streamed online. Futurama, the series, is safe. All the episodes appear to still be available.

I had a little freak out earlier, because the movies were removed from streaming - meaning Bender's Big Score and TBWABB in HD were no longer available (the third and fourth movie are in HD on blu-ray) - however I've since learned that they shifted the streaming versions of the movies to the series, and placed them in season 6's slot.

The movies themselves still have Netflix entries, but the only option is "DISC ONLY" despite being available to stream in the series itself. Weird.

I am a bit skeptical about the return of Futurama on Fox. I'm afraid to leave them aside as they did in the past. :(

I believe FOX said that they will think about bringing Futurama back.

Early this evening I walked into the lounge room and saw my Dad watching Into The Wild Green Yonder on TV. I was kind of surprised; especially since I had almost forgotten that they show the episodes in Australia. Then I was reminded that I haven't seen that particular episode/movie for absolutely ages.

Futurama's John DiMaggio explains why Adventure Time baffled him

He talks about Futurama coming to an end and stuff near the bottom.

Quote from: John DiMaggio
"If in fact it is the last season, which it feels more like it is than ever before, it'll be all right," says DiMaggio.

It's a funny coincidence that the submitted Family Guy episode features a plot similar to a planned Futurama episode (Person moving backwards in time).
The Family Guy approach worked rather well on that subject:
They just did talk/act forward and interacted normally with the other persons when the necessity arose, yet it did not impede the impression of a reserved time flow.

"Raising the Bar" was one of the best episodes in a downright terrible season. I can completely understand why they went with it.

Late to the party, but I found Raising the Bar to be a funny but ultimately forgettable and uneven episode in an otherwise great season. Go figure.

.....anyone know if Futurama Season 7B (or "Season 10" is going to be up on iTunes with the usual season pass? Do they usually wait until the premiere airs or something?

I'm thinking that must be the case. I know Eternium's right that new episodes are usually up on iTunes within hours of their airing (I'm guessing around three or four hours after the east-coast premiere?), but I guess it makes sense for the season pass not to be made available until the season actually begins.

Or at least I hope the season pass will be available for purchase sometime tomorrow; I have been charged with the task of downloading the new season on iTunes so that my cable-less fella can enjoy the new episodes in a timely fashion, and I think it is slightly more cost-effective to buy a season pass than it is to download the episodes individually.

I bought the last couple seasons as passes, but it might have been after the first episodes had already shown. I wanted to just have it set up in advance this time, but they still have yet to up it...

I have no qualms about...."acquiring" episodes if need be (I sometimes do that just out of impatience because Apple waits until 4 or 5:00 AM NYC time to up them sometimes), but I still want to support the show in case it helps get further projects off the ground.
