One of my worst Futurama moments througout futurama's episodes was me flipping out when "War is the H-word" was interrupted by President Elections and I admitted that Bender got hurt by the bomb. I was so upset that I called my mom at work and told her the news.

That pissed me off so much!  Interrupting the episode right after bender says ass was really annoying, almost as annoying as Fox cancelling A Tale of Two Santas last season.

Yep, I'll say watching what Channel 4 did to Futurama too. I was in utter disbelief for most of the episode (Xmas Story)

What happened in Xmas Story on C4?

Oh and I've gotta say when my Dad decided to watch Futurama for the first time and Pharaoh came on. Ugh.

Sky skipping "A Tale of Two Santas", and C4's "running with scissors" editing.

Pretty much anything FOX has done with/to the show since the moment they bought the show.

Yep, I certainly do agree with others about the Channel 4 censors. Oh and the fact that they need to show series 3 soon as I feel deprived.

I think the single most distcuting bit was when they cut out half of "Santa Clause is gunning you down", among other things. For instance Fry was really scared that Santa judged everyone bad in the C4 version while in the non-C4 version (the one shown on every single other channel apart C4, and perhaps various pre-school channels) Fry is scared because Amy actually told him that not only Santa judges everyone bad but also ripps of their heads and crams the neck full of toys from his sack of horrors. You miss that bit in C4.

Oh the thing with the dad happened to me too, he saw the beginning of Bending In The Wind.  :nono:

Missing "Space Pilot 3000" when it first aired was pretty bad, I was halfway through season 2 before I saw that episode.

When Sarge told us it was "put on hiatus".

In episodes: The Michelle part of "The Cryonic Women" and the vomiting scene in "AOI II"

im part of the scooby gang??? Hurray for me!!

Anyway my worst moment was when Dale Ernhearts death preempted most of The Day The Earth Stood Stupid. He died, it sucked but there was no point talking about the crash for 30 minutes straight like ten minutes after it happened. They didn't even have any info to talk about, the whole thing consisted of "well, he died wanna see the crash? Wanna see it again? How about in slow motion? How about in ultra slow motion would you like that?"

Another bad moment was when in Love and Rocket right after Leela brought Fry back to life after he saved her and all she had to say about it was "Happy Valentines day" Dude! NO! She shoulda jumped his ass right then and there on the floor!   :nono:

Finding out the show was on "hiatus" really sucks ass too because i know Fox won't renew it. They just hate us too much for that.   :finger:

Last one, In Xmas story a pic is shown that shows that Leela was abandoned in an allyway not in front of the orphanarium like shown in leela's Homeworld. i HATE major continuality errors like that!

Futurama wasn't preempted in my area, so I was lucky.

Id also have to say channel 4, not only for their butchering of the show, but also the fact they dont treat it with any respect. They put it on at a shitty, random time and often show like two episodes then ignore it for a year. Also, if anything over-runs, its usually Futurama that gets pushed to the sidelines.

I see. I can't wait for Season 3 to air and see what C4 will do with War is the H-Word. I dread to think if it will make any sense whatsoever.  :D

I quite liked Bending in the Wind, the hippy revival was pretty funny, but I agree it doesn't show Futurama in a great light. The thing is, with some careful choosing of episodes you could make almost anyone like Futurama.

Ah shit I forgot that he died.  :(
Don't mind me I just cry every time I get reminded of Sportmen and women getting killed "in action" as it were.

I remember when that Golfer was killed in a freak accident when his plane decompressurised or something and they had 'experts' yakking on about what was the likely cause and the plane hadn't even landed/crashed yet (what ever killed them didn't cause the plane to crash straight away)

to find out that FOX wasnt going to air futurama season 4 for 5 months was pretty bad, finding out that season 4's last episode (summing them up to only 12 and meaning i have to wait half a year until more eps air) was worse, and then subsequently finding out that Futurama was put on hiatus was THE worst!

in the show i must say that the cryonic woman episode was the worst almost all the way through it. This is the ONLY episode i think really sucked however.

Pushing the no. of season 4 episodes close to that of season 1 is real bad.

Seemingly everything that Fry's girlfriend said sucked. "Stop standing up for yourself!" Watch it Fry, she's an icy dominatrix!

It wasn't the best of episodes, but Pharoah was much worse, and Lobstertainment seems to be hailed as the worst Futurama episode ever, though I still haven't seen it.

I dunno, there was one scene that ruined "Bendless Love" for me.  That would be the one where Bender pretends to be Flexo and tries to catch his girlfriend cheating on him.  The rest of the episode was fine, though.

Grrr... I was so mad at the reception here when half of "Leela Homeowrld" was interupted by a storm in neighboring Swaziling. I nearly plozted, I was so mad.

And the hiatusing! Well the hiatusing! I went meshugana for a while. That was a low, but there are rumours that Matt is moving the show.

What series did Futurama get up to, by the way?

Depends what you mean...

The animators created 4 serieses, easily identifiable by their production numbers:

1ACV## = Series 1
2ACV## = Series 2
3ACV## = Series 3
4ACV## = Series 4
(## change from episode to episode)

But FOX with their infinate wisdom and great programing schedule have managed to stretch it out to 5 serieses.

Go to TLZ at www.leela.com.ar  and view their episode guide.
