why do they make such wierd titles they should make titles that r less wierd
example" the day alfred ate a smurf"
Hi biodeth. The titles are often jokes. They typically refer to pop culture or are puns. For example... In a gadda da Leela is referring to the song title "In a gadda da vida" which is a drunken pronunciation of "In the garden of Eden". And the episode features a garden of Eden sort of scenario. A bicyclops built for two is referring to a bicycle built for two riders, which is an actual thing. And the episode features two cyclops. The deep south is not just the episode title, but an actual American phrase used to indicate areas especially steeped in southern culture. Plus, the episode was literally taking place deep underwater. Spanish Fry is a play on "Spanish fly", a reputed aphrodisiac. Remember what that episode was about? My Three Suns is a nod to an old TV show called "My three Sons", and the episode takes place on Trisol, which has three suns. Also, "Trisol" means "three sun". Blah blah blah. I wonder if anyone has ever compiled a list of all the episode titles and their meanings.

Learn to spell please. It's weird, not wierd. And the titles aren't weird, see above.

I know that this is probably being thought by everyone, but I'll say it. Dude......Learn to PEEL. No text talk, try to use proper grammar, you spelled weird wrong....the list goes on. And ``The day Alfred ate a smurf`` as far as I know has never been the title of a Futurama episode. If you`re talking about the titles of PEEL threads........shut up.

Aimee:
saw fully animated color acts 2 and 3 back from Korea on my #futurama #708 yesterday, still think it's a really great show.
Eric:
Pitching out very last episode of #futurama today! Maybe forever?! Say it ain't so! Watch eps, buy DVDs, buy toys, love us, so we come back!
He also responded to Aimee's tweet with:
@aimeekitty were you expecting it to be worse?! Bender gasp!

Who wouldn't? Sounds like a riot
Think about. Let's rename all episodes based on biodeth's scheme: Some examples: "Space Pilot 3000": "The Day Fry Came to the Future" "The Series Has Landed": "A Trip to the Moon" "I, Roommate": "Bender and Fry Moves in Together" "Love's Labours Lost in Space": "The Day Zapp Brannigan had Sex" And so on.

I going up the idea that perhaps the "last episode" is just a publicity ... after all the last time they said it would not return the audience and sales are aumentete.

Aimee and Eric had a mini-convo after Eric's response to her tweet: @ERogTweets2Much well, you know that ep was demanding a lot, I think when it's done it'll be nice ^_^@aimeekitty it's a monster, for sure, but you guys always deliver! It will be awesome as always.@ERogTweets2Much time and space still have limits, but thanks The ep they are talking about is 7ACV08, 'Fun on a Bun'. Remember, Eric was very positive about that one a while back... Might be the next TLPJF...?

I think Aimee was struggling during the production of that episode too, seem to remember tweets about 708...
This should be a pretty damn awesome episode.

Yes, but YLL was considered "epic" in a completely different way. I'm not getting my hopes up until I actually see it.
UrbanLegend: Ah. My brain chose to confuse Fun on a Bun with Bun in the Oven lol.

That worked great in the first run, right?
Yeah, I'm so stoked that I told everyone Thursdays in late June. And that the Simpsons put an (albeit hidden) ad in the last ep. advertizing Thursdays... just to add to the confusion. They better have a media blitz and let people know wtf is up. A new episode title - "ASSIE COME HOME". Source.
I know the plot... when a group of aliens steal Fry's nos.... ass... he'll have to seek out Lrrr and Ndnd to get it back. But first the PE gang has to save the omicronians marriage for a 3rd/4th time. Seriously it's actually about Bender's ass... I've read rumors about an epic plot to save Bender's shiny metal ass.. this must be it. Again, if your just showing up late... FUTURAMA ALL-NEW WEDNESDAY JUNE 20th!It's all over the net now..

Yeah...production order is everything. You could have a completely different outlook on the season depending on which way it is aired (like when all those scruffy episodes were aired back to back, we got a little sick of his new token status as a character). Thanks for the info, JavieR!

Bender's self high five at the end there is awesome! Reminds me of when Gandhi has to high five himself in Clone High... And I dunno why you guys are complaining about the new eps being on a Wednesday now, sure it fucked up last time, but technology wasn't as advanced back then... Series 1 and 2 of Misfits was shown every Thursday night, as of Series 3 it's a Sunday night... No one complained. Some praised it.

That little scene reminds me of Jake the magical stretching dog from Adventure Time, a character John DiMaggio voices in another prime-time animated comedy that takes place in the future. I wonder if the show will have a few references to "Adventure Time with Finn and Jake"? I would love to see somebody make a picture of Fry and Bender as Finn and Jake. Bender already has super-extendable appendages...
