Those who have purchased the new Futurama episodes on DVD can answer this question: Did Rich Moore (Supervising Director for the series) return?

He annoyed Matt Groening on the DVD commentaries, so I was wondering if they offered him his old job back.

Rich Moore took shots at The Simpsons (Matt Groening's baby) a couple times in the commentary.  Once, on an X-Mas episode, he took a shot at the Simposons Christmas episode where Marge pulled a jar of money out of her hair.  Another time, he said, "The Simpsons..." in such a sing-song way as to provoke Matt Groening to say, "Why do you say that so derisively?"

Which episode commentaries did he make these remarks on exactly?

In answer to your original question, Zubans, I don't think Rich Moore is involved with the new run at all. Peter Avanzino has been the series' supervising director since the movies, and I haven't seen Moore's name in the credits at all. Kind of a shame, since he was pretty entertaining in the commentaries, but I'll assume he went on to bigger and better things.
