O.K.....let me address all the resonses....

A t1 line is about $900 a month (US), but it's ok because work pays for it.

It's REALLY fast...average download speed of 150 kps!

Thanks for the pointers for finding episodes, but I found an FTP site that gave me almost every episode ever aired.

On the upside, i'm going to make a web page that's both reliable and more permanent that everyone can d/l working episodes.

Great message board BTW!  laughed literaly out loud at some of the "futurama insight"
