Bongo preview for Ghost. Not sure why the devil's  dressed like that. Then again, the previous preview had clothes that didn't appear.

The previous Bongo image was taken directly from the "Neutopia" end credits. At the moment, the only way to see it is by buying the episode on iTunes or Amazon.

I'm assuming it's on the DVD....you just can't see it on Comedy Central (or anything ripped from those airings) since the network doesn't show the credits properly.

Basically, there's an extra "gallery" of "girly calendar" images over the credits, most of them based on actual famous pictures/models (e.g. Farnsworth as Farah Fawcett).

That's awesome. Can't wait for the DVD.

On the Volume 5 DVD there are two such things, one where they play a little more of "Shut Up And Love Me" in 6ACV04, and when they play the extended version of the Mom Store song in 6ACV03. It's cool.

Just saw that a future Family Guy ep is called: 'You Can't Do That On Television, Peter'

Trying to rip off 'Bender Should Not be Allowed on Television'? :nono:

Also, does anyone know who this guy is on the Futurama staff? He wrote tonight's ep:

Haha. Verrone has written some quite disliked episodes, like "A Clone of My Own", "A Leela of Her Own" and "That's Lobstertainment!", but he's also written some really good ones like "The Sting" and "A Fishful of Dollars". Seems like a mixed bag.

I never realized the similarity of the titles "A Clone of My Own" and "A Leela of Her Own".

Same here!

And 'A Clone of my Own' is seen as a bad ep?

Last of the announcements that we can tell you about is Futurama Volume 6 landing on December 20, Commentaries are planned for every episode, along with a selection of deleted scenes, a segment with Professor Farnsworth and others about the music and the fans. It's all about the fans.

You Can't Do That on Television is the name of a children's program that aired in the early 90s and featured a rather young Alanis Morissette (not as the main character necessarily).  It's where Nickelodeon derives its famous green slime from.

Hm, I think I'll still go with the SD copy so I can play it on my computer. That is, unless I later find out that the BD copy has more features... in which case I would take eight.

You should totally take screen shots of these pictures and post them here!

It's not a rip off of Futurama; there was a late 80s show from Canada/US called You Can't Do That On Television. It was famous for sliming anybody who said the phrase "I don't know" during an episode.

Also, I'm very much looking to the fact that this'll be by Patric, he's a good writer. It makes me look forward to this one a little more.

A Clone on My Own's redeeming quality is having Benderbrau. Too much Cubert is too much for me, but that doesn't mean I hate him; he was perfectly used in The Late Philip J. Fry and A Clockwork Origin.

I came across the same errors as Svip:

Also, I guess I'm gonna keep recording the Eleven airings then. Need to see every episode with end credits.

So, I guess next week's episode is "Law and Oracle." I'm actually looking forward to this one; I could use a Fry-centric episode, since we haven't really had one of those in a while (even last night's episode was more about Bender, in my opinion).

Okay, since we're (you're) all complaining about no more Fry, Leela and Bender eps, I asked Eric Rogers about it, and he said:

we try to do those stories, but it's pretty hard finding adventures for all 3 of them to be sucked into.

Now I asked whose idea was it to develop the secondary characters a little more. ;)

It's hard finding adventures for the three of them, but it's easy to find adventures that can involve all seven or eight of them? Whatever you say, writers. :p

Seriously, though, thanks for asking, Danny. I'm wondering if the question will come up at Comic-Con at all. I mean, it's not so important; I'll continue watching and enjoying the show for as long as it's on. It's just that I miss seeing those Fry and Leela and Bender episodes.

Okay, this may or may not cause more discussion/arguments:

No one in particular, but you can only do so many stories of the main 3 before it gets boring or redundant.

Thanks Danny, I appreciate that you asked :)

boring and redundant! In other words they want to include all the voice actors in the episodes so no one is left out. How can those characters no longer be needed? They are the main 3. That is a shocking thing to say from a writer. I'm actually quite upset about that.

As much as I love futurama, That made me quite upset. I think after this season you have lost a viewer. Keep to the same format writers nobody likes change. :(

Redundant Means: No longer needed or useful

Yeah they are still there but this is confirmation basically that their are no main characters anymore. Which makes me a sad panda :(

I Know but still he's saying the 3 main can't carry an episode together anymore and that they need the help of the minors, to keep the story together, which is ridiculous! I really don't understand why the futurama writers think this? It's ludicrous!
