Something I've been wondering, do we have any confirmation if the title of the ep 'Fry Am the Egg Man' is correct? Is it Egg Man or Eggman? :hmpf:

It is sold on iTunes as Egg Man, but that doesn't really mean anything I guess.

Guess we'll have to wait for someone to get the DVD/Blu-Ray...

The copyright catalogue said Egg Man.  And if it is a reference to "I Am the Walrus", then it is 'Egg Man' and not 'Eggman'.

Calculon is really a terrible actor (well, he hasn't exhibited any true raw talent). He always acts as the same character- himself. So, that episode ought to be interesting.

Yeah, that's the point. I dunno, I'm just so over Calculon. He's not a deep character and I don't really care about him or his fate or his past or anything. A Calculon-driven episode would have to be either extraordinarily funny (in some way that is different from the usual Calculon drivel) or have some other factor that makes it stand out among all of the other episodes that don't rely on Calculon to drive home the point.

Of all the in-universe shows, All My Circuits is definitely my least favorite. I'd almost rather watch Everybody Loves Hypnotoad.

So are we speculating about the episode titles released for S7 in here, or just speculating in general? 'Cause I think that maybe the writers of Futurama intended for everyone to be Jesus in Purgatory. :p

Speculate everything to do with Season 7. And any other season. If that's possible. :p

I quite like Calculon, and we've had quite a few episodes with him as the focus that I enjoyed.  I think what they would need is a second character who can kind of diffuse him a bit because he is very large and his "hammy actor that isn't anywhere near as talented as he and the critics believe" can get old fast if they cram it too much in one episode.  I love Morbo and Linda but I'm not sure I'd want an episode focused on them.

I though Calculon was very well-used in The Beast with a Billion Backs. He didn't carry the entire movie, but he supported it quite well.

Also I really enjoyed his brief parts this season, especially:
"Please!  I'll pay you back after you've lent me some more money!"   Man Silence of the Clamps got off to such a good start...  and yet, even with the Crushinator cameo, it still managed to blow more then a crackwhore in a room full of gangsters.

So I was thinking, maybe The Bots and the Bees will be an upsetting episode like TLOTF, JB and CW? I doubt they'd want to keep a character like Ben around (maybe they do, who knows?), and in the preview on YouTube the Professor says he doesn't haven't a heart or something, so I'm thinking it'll be a sad ending where they have to shut him down or something. :(

I'd prefer it if they began the Season in a more traditional way. I don't mind a touching episode, but they're better off at least a few episodes in I reckon.

Perhaps they'll handle it in a similar manner to "I Dated A Robot" (the whole "memory deleted" part.)

It always initially struck me as something that was likely to just be played for laughs, but now that I think of it, there is a lot of potential for a bit of heart-tugging. I think I'd like the concept a lot more if they tried to give it some genuine emotional gravitas, too.

Still, who knows what they'll do after that scene with Bender's son in 'The Beast with a Billion Backs'.

He seems to be a lot closer to Ben, so he should be at least a little upset if he dies or something... :hmpf:

I mean, he couldn't feel emotions after his Guinea Pig died...

This will probably be at least somewhat the case. I don't see Ben being a permanent character, but I'm guessing they'll get rid of him in some sort of darkly twisted way.

I hope there's not another episode centered on Star Trek, we've had one already and one's enough. A Nimoy-like role would be fine. I mean, that's pretty much why the talking heads are there, no?

I think it's likely to be an episode that plays as a big parody of Star Trek as opposed to being directly about it.

I can only imagine him having a role like what Nimoy did in the Pilot and "Marge v. The Monorail". I hope Stuart will get lots of hilarious lines like what Nimoy did in MvTM. "Didn't I?" :laff:
