I'll mind if every ep is no better than Yo Leela Leela. If there are still good ones though, then yes carry on...

Everyone has to see Shallow Vows, which is probably the best episode of American Dad ever. Jeannie Gold! Wedding Planner.
Rapture's Delight Futurama isn't going to be cancelled, we were just talking about how we don't want it to go on for 30 seasons like the simpsons, when only the first ten Simpsons seasons were any good.
I'd just wish to point out that whoever "we" is...I am NOT a part of that group
Me neither. I see Futurama having about 10 seasons of life in it, but if the writers could keep it going for 20 seasons at the same standard that they're at now (or better), then I'd love that. Obviously, being realistic, that won't be the case, but who knows? I can't see David X. Cohen ever giving up the showrunner gig and The Simpsons only really went down the crapper when Mike Scully took over (although it was still good TV up until Al Jean took over solo -I'd place a lot of blame on Scully for setting wheels in motion into how the show got so bad by season 13). Frankly, if The Simpsons was still as funny as it once was, I don't think I'd mind the recycled plots, consistently wackier storylines and bad continuity. I mean, I would mind them, but I'd still be a huge fan of the show. So yeah, I want Futurama to last as long as possible so long as I still consider the quality to be worthy of being my favourite TV show of all time -which currently, I do.

The Simpsons DVD sets 11 onwards are the worst, they have no proper holder, just cardboard with barely any room for the discs and it scratches the disc unless you're careful. I had to cut up plastic wallets and put them inside for protection, that's how shit the packaging is...

Quality not quantity. Futurama is not Family Guy, people! (Oh I know its fashionable to rag on Seth McFarlane, but I think American Dad is easily one of the best things on the telly. Basicaly Family Guy is the sister that gets all the attention even though she doesn't really deserve it anymore, American Dad is the sister that gets ignored despite being the most interesting and funny, and Cleveland Show is the sister that should have been strangled at birth.)

I like Family Guy, but American Dad is by far a better (consistently underrated) show and probably my second favourite animated show after Futurama.
Hear, hear! Roger alone can carry the show on his own, and Frannie is more then the typical "Long suffering MILF married to an unattractive retard" character you see, from Wilma Flinstone to Marge Simpson. Also! I really want them to explore new planets. Most of Season 6 takes place on earth, but they have very few episodes where they go into space, or its quite brief before returning to earth. Personally, I want season 7 to explore more of the Solar System. We have seen a good amount of Mars and some of Neptune, and Pluto being a planet of penguins was good too. Mercury and Europa also got featured in Put Your Head On my Shoulder (though I really think they should do an episode where they explore beneath Europa's ice shelf.) I really would love an episode that takes place on a terraformed Venus.

Good ideas, but when are they going to do an ep where Morbo's race invades Earth and tries to take it over? It better happen in Season 7, it better! ...

That is a good point. Perhaps if they made more references to that then we could hold off it actually happening and it would continue to be funny. If that was the case though, I would like to still see more of Morbo's race and learn more about them in some other plot. We need more Morbo!...

I dunno, I always liked the joke of there being an impending threat, but it never comes. I am disappointed in the lack of references to his race, though.
Yeah, we don't even know the name of his species. Hell have they even said Fawn's name out loud, or has she even spoken? I don't want an invasion, because the impending invasion would pretty much destroy his and Linda's character (they just wouldn't be the same without him making some threat about reducing Linda's species to extinction, while she just giggles vacantly.) I wouldn't mind some more episodes that show more of their private lives, but not too much. (Morbo constantly threatening to destroy Fawn or Linda screaming about her children are pretty funny and clever.) They're perfect the way they are. Still a few more hints wouldn't hurt. (Like for all his snarling and threats, his and Linda's kids are having a playdate, or we see Morbo and Fawn, and Linda and her husband/boyfriend/whatever are having dinner together. Or we see his daughter and her son playing gameboy together. Shippers love extremely obscure males having some basic interaction with another obscure female character, that they can build massive fanfiction dramas where their basic intereactions mean true and undying love) I'm not sure I'd want to see an episode built around them, but every so often an extra scene or joke about them would be fun. Like the two couples double dating could just be a background scene at Elzar's, or it could be a one off joke. Something like this. Fawn: It's so nice to see you and Robert are getting married again! Linda: Well, we've realized we're not getting any younger and no one better has come along, and well, the kids seem happy about it. Morbo: A toast! To Robert. May he make Linda happy again, and together may they spawn more offspring. But if he crosses her, and I will destroy him! *polite laughter.* Morbo: But seriously Robert, if you ever make her puny human tear glands activate, I WILL DESTROY YOUUU!!!! Fawn: Have you decided where you're going to honeymoon? Venus is lovely this time of year.

Fawn is mentioned by Morbo in an early episode, where he mentions that his wife, Fawn, loves Elzar's cooking. I think it is in "The 30% Iron Chef". But she is first revealed in "Three Hundred Big Boys".

Fawn: Have you decided where you're going to honeymoon? Venus is lovely this time of year. Nice dialogue, I enjoyed that and I could imagine that in an ep. I even imagined their voices while I was reading it without even realising I was, and that’s usually a good sign... Btw, if Morbo's race ever did invade Earth it would look something like this… Futurama could easily go on for over ten seasons with the right writers. They do have the entire Universe to explore, and at least one parallel to explore, and a fourth dimension, and a galaxy of terror, and their own neighborhood. Oh my yes, they could keep on trucking and trucking and trucking Very true, this is why it makes me so sad that they insist on putting out pointless eps like Yo Leela Leela. No one knows how much longer Futurama will continue for, so they should be getting all of these amazing potential ideas out of the Futurama universe covered before going down the lonely road of eps like Yo Leela Leela filler ...
