How about one where the Planet Express toilet gets clogged?    There can also be a part where Bender and Zoidberg have a hilucinatory (sp?) dance about some plumbing liquid.

Wrote an American Dad fanfic about that once.

Wait, you already wrote a fanfic about it?  Then won't Futurama be copying your plot?  I mean... just sayin'.

Oh hello, KurtPikachu's second account :laff:

Huh?

So what did people think to my crude idea then?

I thought it was a terrible idea.  The others were saying the same thing, but far less indirect.  Unfortunately, you lack the ability of 'taking a hint'.

lol obviously it'd never happen, but I would pay good money to see it!

I would pay good money not to see it.

I know I am firm believe in no censorship, but this is one of the times where I think censorship does the public more good than not.

Are you saying that Scruffy doesn't do a good job?...

End of the world like 2012 but in futurama :D
yeah that could be a good christmas episode for the season 9, airing like december 21th 2012 , I could easily see a good parody of 2012 with Mom being involved with the omnicronians, a big war episode with santa claus too since it would be a christmas episode...

(am I the only one who think this sound like a Kurt idea?)

Scruffy is funny because he remains mysteriously in the background.  But I do think we get to see the origins of Scruffy at some point next season, so maybe that might be a Scruffy episode...we'll see.

Looks like that's a no now (if you meant 6B). I thought possibly The Tip of the Zoidberg may have shown us some origins, but apparently not. Although Scruffy has been in Season 6 a lot (especially 6B), he's still somewhat of a mystery, but I for one don't mind keeping him that way...

I did like "Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings" for it's take on such a classical art form as the opera. A take on theater is certainly much too similar, but I would like to see that, Shakespeare in special.

- Forming of a "Anti-Mutant" Movement after "Mutants are revolting". (After all, the civil rights movement was also not "One special event, and the matter was solved".)
- Main story outline would be "Romeo and Juliet" (if I have to tell you which characters could be used for that, you have come to the wrong board:))
- Not so peaceful Confrontations between both groups would give enough opportunity to refer to Shakespeares Battle dialogues.

Well..too close to "Devil's hand", of course, and probably a hell of a job to write (I do not mean a "White Wale -> Captain -> Yep, that's good and recognisable enough"- references, but REALLY going into detail).
But if I were a Billionaire with enough money to comission a Futurama episode, that would be the one... :D

Mom & Wernstrom, right? Wernstrom dies, Mom finds solace in the arms of Farnsworth and then we get a Taming of the Shrew type episode which resolves their plotline happily later in the series.

Fry and Leela would just be too obvious, and I don't want to see them get a tragic ending.

Would be like showing Fraiser's wife on Fraiser!  Heresy!

Don't you mean Nile's wife?

I'm bored, it's Thursday night, so I'm reading old posts and crying to Adele.

My ideas, mostly teh ones I keep touting, and some new ones.

I would make a steampunk episode, of course.

An episode that takes place in London and parodies British sci fi like Dr Who, Blake's 7 and John Wydnam novels, and the crew must stop a robotic Jack the Ripper from terrorizing London's hookerbots.

An Alice in Wonderland parody, featuring Amy and Leela as Alice, and with the other characters featured as characters from Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass.

An episode where the crew land on a planet inhabited by Yokai like aliens (Futakuchi Onna, Yuki Onna, Joregumo, Yame Uba, Tsukumogami, kitsune and more!)

An episode that takes place under Europa's ice shelf.

Another episode where the crew must save the Sol System from a planet devouring alien called The Bloop (named after The Bloop soundwave believed to be a sea monster.)

An episode where the shoe is on the other foot, and Leela tries to win Fry's heart for once.

One episode I would also like to see is one that explores Sally's origins, and the similarities she has with Leela.

Oh and here is an episode that was pretty much a group effort between several Peelers.  An episode that shows how Robot Santa was created, and Mom's ancestor genuinely being a sweet old lady who loves robots and wanting to make people happy.... before her creation goes wrong and starts slaughtering children instead of giving them presents.

The newest edition of Futurama Comics in the US is a steampunk themed story.

I DESIRE MOVING PICTURES, THAT THAT AN ANIMATED EPISODE COULD PROVIDE.

I mean I could put the comic on a pair of roller skates, but it wouldn't be the same.   One thing I do like was when I saw the comic, pretty much all the character designs matched the ones I had in my head (Leela having one massive monocle goggle and so on.)  I also like how Amy looks like a cross between Belle and Princess Daisy.
