There have been two possible leaks of screenshots, released by a previously unknown user on the Infosphere. While I have contacted the user in question and asked for the source of the screenshots, I have not yet received a reply. One of the pictures (from Benderama) looks like it could just be a photoshop without any proof of validity, while the other (from Yo Leela Leela) seem to fit well with the released storyboard. As I don't know PEEL's policy on these (possibly illegal) leaks, I understand the possibility of this post being deleted by a moderator.

I've seen these before on adverts advertising the new season on Comedy Central. They're legit.

The new storyboard looks awesome. I love Hermes in anime style, and I love Zagtor and the Evil Wizard. :P

I cannot wait to see this episode. It looks fantastic, even if it turns out to only be visually good.

Seems like Futurama is going all out on the artistic aspect for this next batch of eps, and as I love art this can only be a good thing. I hope the humour matches this artistic experimentation...

Concerning the pics I released earlier, I got a reply from the user saying they were indeed from the commercials. As a non-American I had never seen them. He also told of an awesome clip he made for YouTube, with all five commercials (including one quick one slowed down). Some awesome (revealing) pictures from Neutopia in there, including Scruffy going janitor porno and Hermes going quite nude. URL.

Thanks for the find, Aki. But holy frijoles is "Neutopia" gonna give me nightmares.

Anyway, my personal favorite bit from those ads was Fry's line: "Leela, I'm no doctor, but I'm afraid you be exhibiting symptoms of illin'."

Why do I like it so much when Fry slips into gangsta speak? No flippin' clue.

I hope we get more material from Reincarnation, even though we have four already. I need something from the video game one...

Btw, what do you guys think will happen of the next eight Countdown to Futurama days before the Neutopia airing, seeing as material has already been shown from all episodes? Perhaps some chosen videos from different episodes? Or a lot of material from Reincarnation?

We will probably be getting material from Reincarnation and videos from other episodes.

Yeah, one more video might be nice. Though I feel like we only got a clip from "Rebirth" before the premiere last year, and nothing else, but maybe I'm misremembering. If that's the case, then that clip from "All the President's Heads" might be all we get.

Actually, wasn't there also a reel of various clips from upcoming episodes? It might be cool to get another one of those.

So as far as we know "Reincarnation" is AOI-ish (that is, non-canon and divided into three discrete parts), right? I'm digging all of these designs, but I also wonder what the plot of each segment will be. Probably some riff on the usual story you might find in the various genres, I guess, which could either be really hilarious or really misguided and painful.

Not to be a total downer or anything. For what it's worth, I'm erring on the side of "hilarious."

AOIs aren't necessarily non-canon.  The first AOI episode almost certainly occurred because the entire episode was actually a what if on the professor inventing a fing-longerer.  Assuming the what if machine is accurate (we have no reason to believe it isn't), then noting that the fing-longerer exists in later episodes, then the three questions being asked to the what if machine must have also certainly occurred.  The content of those answers may not have occurred because they were questions whose nature was for things that were highly unlikely to happen... if not impossible to occur in the existing timeline.  If the conditions for the questions occurred though... then knowing that the what if machine is accurate means that the scenarios would play out exactly as the what if machine predicted.  Furthermore.... after having read up on totalnerduk's Cyclical Time Theory and its usage of Temporal Inertia to explain the timeline that Futurama resides in... we can actually deduce that the criteria for the questions may have actually occurred at one time or another.

I'm still curious as to why there are practically no news whatsoever of Futurama season six (both broadcast seasons) outside of America. Or is it just Sweden? No episode releases, no DVDs, no nothing.

I have ordered the Volume 5 DVD from USA now though. ^^

No, the implication is that the finglongerer exists, presumably invented by someone else. The Professor is envious and wonders how life would be if it was HE who had invented it rather than who actually did.

And then the Professor doubts the What If Machine's accuracy at times. "That story was preposterous, Stephen Hawking in a pizzeria".

They're canon in that the professor sat in his chair watching AOI I and the characters asking questions together in AOI II presumably did happen.

After seeing the ads for the new season, it looks like the production team is using the more free limits about "dirty" jokes and some semi-nudity in some episodes (Neutopia anyone?).  Anyway, this new season as I guess most PEELers have pointed out, looks pretty fun. Reincarnation looks amazing judging from the new pictures. Anime looks the most interesting to me.
And I'd love to get my hands on a R2 version of season 6. We have waited enough now.

I don't think there's more "dirt" in this broadcast season as compared to the others (including last one). They just show it on the ads because it draws viewers. As I said before, though, I think Neutopia is this year's In-A-Gadda-Da-Leela, and I think we should just hope that they don't take it too far.

Yeah, as you say. But the professor with his new breats is still going in the episode. I just meant that they are there. But I can't do anything but agree with you. And especially about it possibly being the IAGDL of this season.

Also, I don't mind an IAGDL once in a while, as long as it doesn't take up the entire season. I think Neutopia could be really fun if done properly.

I'm semi-colourblind, but it looks green to me. Don't see where you're getting brown and hazel from.
