LEELA: Professor, Bender is the new Santa, so don't hurt him. Alright?
FARNSWORTH: Oh yes... You sound like a broken mp3!
(Bender comes down the chimney)
BENDER: Merry Christmas, every-
(Farnsworth shoots Bender with a shotgun, Bender screams in agony)
LEELA: Professor, don't you remember what I told you?!
FARNSWORTH: NOOOOOOO!!! (Shoots Bender again)

Then later in the courtroom scene:
FARNSWORTH: THERE HE IS AGAIN! (pulls out his shotgun and shoots Bender again.)

This message board is full of hardcore Futurama fans; some have been here since the beginning of the new millenium.  I'm sure everyone remembers that.

I not sure if it's my "favourite", but the first thing that springs to mind in "A Clone of My Own" when the Professor tells off the "disciplinary board" of Mars University, and airs all of their dirty laundry, before they reveal that it's actually his surprise birthday party. That's vintage the Farnsworth.
