What songs remind you of Futurama that were NOT used in the show and why?

Kryptonite reminds me of Fry and Leela. Not really sure why...

That Busted song Year 3000, Due to the name and these lyrics:
"Nothing had changed but they lived underwater." Reminds me a lot of The deep south.

The exact same song (year 3000) reminds me of Futurama because the next line is:

"And your great great great granddaughter, is pretty fine."

But only because that isn't enough "great"s, cause as we all know it goes:

Great great great great.... [fade] .... great nephew. That's great!

You know, sometimes you can type "great" so much you start to think it should be pronounced 'greet'

I usually make up Futurama video clip compilations in my head while listening to songs and "New Radicals - You Get What You Give" I have a clip matched for just about every lyric in that song.

Well that's a little too obvious, isn't it?

I'd said this in the general "What reminds you of Futurama?" thread, but I suppose it applies here as well.

Funplex, the most recent album by the B-52's, has a song called "Love in the Year 3000." While I have no idea if it was influenced at all by Futurama, lines such as the refrain of "Robots, booty-bots, eroto-bots" and "Tentative tentacles are grabbing me / We're making space-love in zero gravity" do conjure up images of familiar scenes...

Oh yeah it does. I'll have to listen to that one.
