Now that Futurama I on Comedy Central and maybe our fave show might become get an adult theme, I wonder what the Amy/Bender episode is going to be like. How they become attractive to each other? Is it just a casual flirt? And I think they may put a bit of Sex with a robot joke in there.

It's like his face is saying: "I could help you but naturally you'd need to think of a reward for your gallant hero"

Stupid question: What's that beside Leela on the grass? My first thought was, y'know, folded clothes, but I'm not quite sure that makes sense. At any rate, I'm pretty pumped for this episode, because I love the Zapp/Leela dynamic.

Cool. At least this pic isn't very far away from what we'd expected!
Those do look a lot like folded clothes, though. Maybe Leela suggests they put them on but Zapp prefers to stay nude, or maybe whatever God-entity-equivalent (if there even is one in this case) presiding over the Eden planet has provided them, or maybe both!

Hey, we missed some shit with PEEL being down and stuff! So of course there has been new stuff out of CCInsider: Which at first got me thinking of that idea the writers originally had with Zapp Brannigan; for him to have an adventure show on television that the crew would watch. But that's not all news, according to Slashdot, the tenth episode of the new season is going to be " The Prisoner of Benda".

I can't wait for Keeler's Group Theorem to be taught in colleges across the nation. Futurama will be used in academia forever!

We already discussed that picture! I doubt Leela would make that move. Given the situation (regardless, in fact), Leela would never ever make a move on Zapp. In fact, that is what makes their relationship hilarious and comedy will ensure.

I am usually right when it comes to Futurama predictions. Just look at my record.

Speculating on Futurama commentaries takes us to a whole new level of geekdom--fasten your pocket-protectors, folks.
Topic: I wonder where that title card comes in, if it's for some sort of gag montage or a dream sequence of Zapp's, or if he actually has a TV show. At any rate, my expectations for this episode continue to rise. Like I said, I really love Zapp (and his interactions with Leela); in fact, his presence in "The Beast With a Billion Backs" is part of what makes the movie more tolerable for me than it is for others.

I'd bet that the title card comes from the previously mentioned but never used idea of Zapp having a television series about him. I'd place it in Act 1, Leela says "Oh jeez", Bender makes some snide yet hilarious comment about her and Zapp, they get a mission, they run into Zapp, blah blah blah. You know, usual set up. "We're back... Again!" Would probably be one of the first spoken sentences.
Or "We're back! ... Again! ... Again!"

Oh hello there, unnecessary cleavage shot. Very classy.
At any rate: I am most intrigued by how Zapp and Leela wind up on this planet, and why, as FoA says, she's so unopposed to Zapp's idea of taking their clothes off. Perhaps there were drugs in the cham-pag-an?
