That Floorplan is missing a lot of rooms. Where's the Shower room, Accusing Parlor, Farnsworth's Bedroom, Cubert's Bedroom, Fry's office etc? Plus, there's no other side of the employee lounge.

Fry's office etc?

I thought Fry's office was just Hermes' old office...

Lol. You just made my night :p

No problem. :D

Nope, it's next to Hermes' office. (according to Morgan Proctor, who was using his it at the time.). Also, it was seen in "Future Stock," and Hermes would've had his office during that time.

Well the building is constantly shifting size and shape, so I would just ignore that for now. :hmpf:

I don't know if anyone's said this yet, but parts of the building have been smashed/broken a few times. I can't remember if it was just the ceiling, but still I think it's a valid point that it might have just been rebuilt differently.

So, according to 'The Tip of the Zoidberg', the Professor's bedroom is here:

Fry's office was the mop closet(pretty massive mop closet lol) which leads to the question where did that get moved?

Possibly to Scruffy's room or to the closet in Zoidbergs Office (the one where Fry and Amy were making out in PYHOMS.)

Then again, it's possible they didn't relocate it. Who needs mops, anyway?  :p

@DannyJC13
Nice observation. I've always wondered what was there, because they never actually showed it until TTOTZ.

Its confirmed in TPWP the window in the living room is a window(they yell at and throw bricks at Free Waterfall Jr.) And u can see the Hudson behind Leela when she stops the rest from eating popplers

And u can see

You. Please use whole words, rather than substituting letters for them. Read the manual for PEEL.

In addition, I think you meant to make that post here, since that's where the relevant discussion has been taking place.

Finally, nobody has denied that it's a window. Rather than "the window in the living room is a window", do you mean "the window in the living room is on the second floor" ?

Yes but smartphones a tricky to use. If anything larger is nearby or under it, the programming makes it click that. Very irritating

Thus "smart-phone" is an oxymoron.
I don't have one. My phone has no pretensions of intelligence. It makes and receives calls. That is all.

I do.

This is what the locker area normally looks like, but they almost always add a door to it on the far wall (next to where Leela is). Also, sometimes it magically transforms into a room instead of an open space.

Just another example of the HQ's inconsistent layout.

Chalk it up to memory-stone walls that re-shape according to differing requirements.

I noticed that in "A Clockwork Origin" there is suddenly a door at the back of the PE building, in the scene where Cubert goes to see Zoidberg in the dumpster.

Unreal, the fireman's pole is also missing in that scene too.

Im working on a set of floor plans that could be used for actual construction of the Planet Express Headquarters. It will include all of the nuances that make up Planet Express. The accusing parlor, the angry dome, everyone's bedrooms, and even the giant gear shaped fireplace cover. Any suggestions on things that should be included would be great.

Just a thought. Why would every member of the crew have a bedroom at Planet Expess? Do you have a room at your place of employment?

While I think Frisco is technically correct (what kind of correct is "technically correct"?), I like Diabedo's idea of actual PE building blueprints.

It might be impossible to account for everything, as some places may just be jokes and thus not have a designated chunk of the PE building. The Accusing Parlor might well be such an extradimensional space.

Even if it can't be done perfectly, it could still be fun to do your best approximation.

The only characters who have a room at PE are the Professor, Cubert and possibly Zoidberg. Maybe Scruffy, but in TBWABB Fry has his home number on his phone.

Which also made me think of something, why does/did Leela bring Nibbler to work with her all the time?

Well I have run into a few problems, my biggest is that the building is so large. I believe that only the Professor and Cubert have bedrooms, there is enough space for all of them to live there. I don't know what to do with alot of the space.

It's not a huge problem, but it has been bothering me. There is no real way to access the Angry Dome. The retractable hanger doors would completely cover any entrance from inside the building. The best way to gain entrance seems to be from the roof top above the Employee Lounge. But then how to get into a glass dome...

I've also noticed there's no apparent way the crew ever gets to the Accusing Parlor or the top floor of the tower. I dont think I've ever seen the elevator past the 2nd floor. If I'm wrong please tell me, It would be so much easier to just send the shaft all the way to the top. Other wise if you wanted get to the Widows Walk you would have to climb many many stairs.

Well it is set in the future.... You could just press a button and it pops open.

Accusing Parlor

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't this only appear in a non-canon segment?

It was also in 30% Iron Chef when the Professor was trying to figure out who broke his bottle. That's actually the first time it was ever referred to as the Accusing Parlor.

Good point, but before it became useless in BG, it seemed pretty easy to come across, like petrol, or gasoline.

I mean, if we used dog shit as fuel, we would probably get it out of a machine instead of taking our dog(s) with us and waiting for it to take a dump.

Oh fine. He shits what used to be used as spaceship fuel.

Maybe the reason she takes him to work is because she can't find a pet-sitter and doesn't want to leave him alone all day?

Well Nibbler did become a full fledged member of the crew. So he should be there. We're a little off topic in this thread. But I'm still working on those blueprints. Still working on getting all the kinks out on paper.

After working for many hours doing pencil drawings of every aspect of the building we call Planet Express, I decided to start inputting my design into digital form. Here is my best rough interpretation of how the first two floors are in relation to the building.

I would like to credit KingFig, for his post from a few years ago touching on this same topic. His designs were by far the most accurate i could find before I starting on my idea of a real set of constructable blueprints for Planet Express Headquarters. The greyed out sections are unused space, as I mentioned in another post there is enough room to comfortably house every member of the crew. I'm working on the upper levels now. There will be another floor above the second. And two levels in the sphere. My next post will be a full cross-section of the building.
Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Please. Give me feedback.
