My bad.  Looks like the official rule is that one may not vote for the same ep two "turns" in a row, meaning that Frida's vote for Devil's Hands and Shepherdofshark's vote for Sting are still valid (i.e. a vote for an episode, then a blank vote, then a vote for the same episode is ok).
