Same as BenderTheGreatest lol. I had to decide which one I liked the most out of BBS and ITWGY. I think you know what I went with.
Tbh ITWGY wins hands down. Its easily the best out of the 4. The difficult part is deciding which of the remaining 3 is better :P

I liked all of them, but after several viewings, I wasn't fond on Bender's Game. I was ok with the fantasy idea, but I just thought there was too much of a reference to certain movies.
That's one thing I felt was poorly done as well, they did seem to concentrate on parodying LotR quite heavily, when there was so much more that they could have done with it. Although, they got their Star Wars references in and there were a few subtler homages to other films in the fantasy section. For my money, BG's real falling-down point was the major Bendecentricity of it. I mean, Bender is a major character but he's already hogged a lot of screen time and plot points with the previous two movies. It was refreshing in ITWGY to see him sticking to the side plots and not being the main focus for longer than a few minutes. Fry is the real star of the show. Bender is just around for teh lolz, really. So to have him in the driving seat is what I feel contributed heavily to the first three movies not being as good as they could have been.

If I had to order them: 1. Into the Wild Green Yonder 2. Bender's Big Score 3. Beast With a Billion Backs 4. Bender's Game I loved WGY, and BBS was also great. I liked BWABB much more than Bender's Game. I thought the story line was a little more thought out and more relevant, since it follows up on BBS. I loved all of them, but that's just how I like 'em.

My order:
1) The Beast With a Billion Backs 2) Into the Wild Green Yonder 3) tie: Bender's Big Score, Bender's Game
I liked BWABB because I find it the funniest by far with great dark humor and I think that it has the best emotional side of Fry of the movies. My only real criticism of that one is 3 Family Guy-esque jokes (the ant's talking, the Superman guy, King Kong), which just bothers me. This one is also the least relevant, though I don't mind that, as most episodes were as well.
ITWGY is a close second. Consistently funny, good plot, some good (ie, funny) sub-plots, and decent relationship stuff. Thought Amy and Kiff could have used just one actual exchange, and that they didn't give some lines to more of those characters. I mean, we see and hear Morbo in the news, why not give somepne else a turn to talk at the end?
These were a tie because I would feel bad putting BBS at 4 when it has so much story. Story that I didn't like all that much. Time travel screws things up that I loved about the show. I also find it to be the least funny of the four. BG felt the most chopped up and the least interesting. I say this one is more relevant than BWABB because of Professor's reveal and the fuel situation, both that would have lasting effects on the series.

1. Into the Wild Green Yonder 2. Bender's Big Score 3. Bender's Game 4. The Beast With A Billion Backs
Not to get me wrong, because I did enjoy all of them, absolutely. The first two are clearly more story-heavy, though, so it probably isn't much of a surprise for me for them to be at the top and what I found most enjoyable. I actually thing Score's ending is the only one that fully resolved itself properly - throughout the other three movies, parts of the ending were just sudden and without much explanation (Yivo suddenly being able to close up the tear by himself just like that, or how the entire PE Crew, for no reason, appears at Mom's, and - this was the least offensive one - Yonder's plot pre-wormhole was just wrapped up a little too conveniently) - but Score's ending felt completely natural. What pits Yonder over it in terms of this then was I liked the flow it had more, including what was, essentially, the completely unrelated first part, and I felt it had better use of the characters and was, well, funnier.
Score and Yonder are definitely my favourite two though. When it comes to Game and Beast, it's pretty close between those ones as well. I think what it boiled down to for me, ultimately, was despite the really awkward ending, I enjoyed the plotlines before the fantasy plot more - a lot of it just felt like the Futurama characters hanging out, and I love things like that - and despite too heavy a dependence on LotR parodies, I still did enjoy the fantasy thing for the most part. It still has the worst ending of the four, though, but I think it was funnier than Beast was - not to discredit Beast, I mean, Score was the least funny of the four - and I just liked its storylines more, although Beast did a great job in and of itself in the genre it was shooting for.

I don't understand all the Billion Backs hating. I love that movie.
That said, Green Yonder is by far the best film in the series, but Billion Backs is firmly in second place.
1. Into the Wild Green Yonder 2. Beast With a Billion Backs 3. Bender's Big Score 4. Bender's Game
Stop stealing my views on everything ever made!!! For me, Green was definitely the best by far. Beast was much more like the classic Futurama comedy than Score, although I rathered Score's story. Game's last act killed it for me. If it kept with the first part of the movie feel, it would've been higher on the list.
