This one has all the things that make Futurama great wrapped into one episode. Plus I've always loved Fry's dad. Mr. Fry: "Son, your name is Yancy, just like me and my grandfather and so on. All the way back to minuteman Yancy Fry, who blasted commies in the American Revolution." This ep is very well written and the end always gets me.
I'm not afraid to admit that I agree with that one.

I cant let tomorrow arrive without mentioning the Nibblonians. So I mentioned them. I, personally, don't like the expansion of the Nibblonian story in BG; they just took away their mystery and sense of power by letting Mom imprison them so easily. On a slightly related note: one of my all-time favorites (Luck of the Fryrish). Bender's Big Score took alot of the tear-jerkiness out of it for me, though. Stupid retcon...
I can see that being a problem with BBS, but since it was a time travel movie, they had to go back and "change" a few things. The way I see it, it all happened anyway and somehow the many altered timelines have merged (that's the essence of paradox correcting).

Ah yes. That's Lobstertainment. Not one of the finest but I don't know why it was disliked so much.
I have no idea why this one is disliked. For a start it has lots of Calculon (who I always thought was a very popular character).
Yay, yeah, I've been saying that all along. There are definitely worse episodes. I, personally, don't like the expansion of the Nibblonian story in BG; they just took away their mystery and sense of power by letting Mom imprison them so easily.
Agree with that also. And TDTESS was highly excellent. One of those ones that I always wished would have gone on longer.
