Why has the online petition gone down to 43945 52693 (now) sigs? Is this as far as they have got printed off or what?

the server was down some hours ago. that might indicate something...

A couple of days ago the pulled off all of the signatures because of a virus.  Maybe thats the reason.

Don't forget, they're pre-empting the Futurama rerun Thursday to show encore presentations of "Celebrity Boxing" and "Andy Richter Controls the Universe." Based on the preview ep I saw, he should have just stuck to being Conan's sidekick.

Surely this deserves to be mentioned in some magazine (a famous sorta one). I say this because in Total Film they mentioned a puny petition to do with George Lucas being replaced by Peter Jackson. That seemed very small when I read it (cant remember the figure) but it still got mentioned  . Tssk.
