Need helping finding something in an episode.

Here's what I'm looking for:

The construction guy says "new yorkses waters is safes for anothers days". Does anyone know which episode/season that is from? And, does anyone have a good sound file of that or know where I can get one?

Well, it's from Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles during the boat race (season 4).

No idea on the sound file.

Also, don't be surprised if this thread gets locked pretty soon.

The character's name is Sal, you can find more information on that.  However, I don't think you're going to be able to find a sound file of it without making it yourself or convincing someone to make it for you.
