I remember buying the game, hating it, and after a while just deciding to use the "unlock everything" cheat and watch the cut scenes. Haven't touched it since. Now that I know buying that game wasn't really necessary... :/

Can't NastyInThePasty just upload the film to the internet. I'm definitely going to buy the dvd like BBS but it'd be nice to see it a few weeks earlier. Cannot hurt for someone to stick a screener up..

Yes I am 100% against downloading GOOD movies (in my opinion, anything with the words 'simpsons' or 'futurama' in it)
I got really ticked off wen people said they had the pirate copy of the simpsons movie, it really makes me sad.

REMEMBER: IF WE "BUY" THE FUTURAMA DVDS, THERE IS MORE CHANCE THEY'LL DO ANOTHER SEASON, DONT GET ILLEGAL COPIES OF FUTURAMA!!!

Thankfully the region 2 release is not such a big wait this time around. I confess that 3 months was too long for me to wait and I did get a download of BBS so I could keep my sanity.

Obviously I have the BBS DVD now so I feel like I have not cheated the makers in any way (and I would've paid full price just for the episode of Hypnotoad)

I admit i have a copy too now, But i will definately buy the DVD when it gets released here. I just don't think it's fair i have to wait 2 months because of where i live. But anyway i will definately buy the DVD when it's released here, So it's not like they're missing out on money.

id love to see a video of the new movie on the internet and also buy the official dvd. thats how i roll. i buy all the futurama comics (the most recent had zapp brannigan which was good) but i spend so much money on futurama that i deserve the early copies.

I´ll wait for official review thread of course but let me say it´s fantastic piece of comedy that really exceeded BBS on several fronts. Unfortunaly, the last quarter is also the weakest and unlike the first movie, structure of this is obviously aiming more for the broadcast format. But still I suspect that universal love for it will be equally massive as that Yivo is capable of.

^ agreed.   The first three acts varied between fairly and extremely good, but everything sorta ran out of steam near the end.

I felt like they were building up to something, but then decided they'd run out of time and had to end the movie.  In a stupid way.  Humor-wise it was better than BBS, with a few more sophisticated jokes and less low-brow stuff.  The fact that Fry had seemingly forgotten Leela didn't bother me as much as I expected it to and, surprisingly, I didnt hate Colleen.  There were a few points where some of the characters seemed to be out of character, particularly Leela at the very end. 

Overall, I'd give it a B.

Yes it can spoil the thing a lot. BBS actually had problems especially in the acts I and III but it managed to end on a high note. This one had problems only in the one act but in the most crucial one.

alright, i watched it on youtube last night. my opinions might change after i watch it again but heres what i thought of it.

it was good, not great. frys girlfriend with all different boyfriends didnt seem that funny to me, and a lot of time went into that. now in regards to the beast, i kinda thought for once that they were getting into a popular culture subject in evangelicalism in the united states. the ending was unfortunately random tho and didnt end explosively like the first movie. it was good but not great.

Just saw this on 'sites' sort of sad that it has been leaked in a sense , Im going to wait for the DVD even though my friend has already downloaded it not watched it though,

I rather wait till i get the DVD i like having the box something special the idea of new futurama seemed non existent  years ago and now it's back I feel I can wait a little longer.

It kind of ruined the whole thing for me to have such a rushed an anticlimactic ending. That's why I'd say good, not great.
