Ask generic episode questions here, why not.  Forget which episode something happened in?  Ask here.  Wanna know the name of a song?  Ask here.  Want to ask anything futurama-related that really doesn't deserve a new thread?  I think you get the idea by now.

I'll start.  When did Fry say "Is this going to cross one of those lines man was never meant to cross?" with the Professor responding by holding up his fingers about half an inch apart?

Referring to the Professor implanting the emotion chip on Bender in "I Second That Emotion".  Is this a reference thread or a game?

The UK hasn't seen any of Season 4 yet but I'm wondering if any of the 4 episodes aired sinse December 9th 2001 have an internet scene in them?

I didn't look in the review threads because I didn't want to be spoiled.

Seems like as good a thread as any to ask this: In "The Deep South" when Bender makes his big fishhook, he uses Hermes "Manwhich" as bait. What is a Manwich? Just a silly name, or something punny?

I have a feeling I'm missing the joke regarding this "Manwich" thing.

a manwich is a brand name of a type of sloppy joe mix (you add ground beef)

If I remember the original adverts from the '70s the tag line was "It's a sandwich - made for a man"  not "made from a man" Morbo3000.

It's a sloppy joe with a 'fancy' name - still evil, no matter what you call it.

VF - I'm afraid to know where you found that pic.  It's cool.

filthy crab- i did an image search on google, thats the best that came up

it's like a tomato based sauce with peppers and onions and you mix it with ground beef and serve it on a bun.  It's not quite barbeque, not quite a hamburger.

"I, Roommate". When he wakes up at PE in the start of the episode.

Or wearing Lightspeed Briefs in "A Fishfull of Dollars".

Hermes is a grown man with a wife and kid(s?).  Why would anyone care about his parents?

Farnsworth's ancestry has a lot more potential to be interesting than most of these people, though.

The name of the episode is The Farnsworth Parabox?  Is that what you are saying?

the real word is paradox.

par·a·dox
n.
1 A seemingly contradictory statement that may nonetheless be true: the paradox that standing is more tiring than walking.
2 One exhibiting inexplicable or contradictory aspects.
3 An assertion that is essentially self-contradictory, though based on a valid deduction from acceptable premises.
4 A statement contrary to received opinion.

Cowboy Farnsworth was clearly shown in I Dated A Robot, so I wouldn't bet on that. Unless they both switched places, but what possible purpose would that serve?

A question of interpretation

In "Love and Rocket," when the ship said "You can play around with my buttons until you find something we both enjoy," was she basically saying "You can play around with my boobs until you find something we both enjoy?"
