At the end of the episode was the funniest

everyone- stop, nooo, stop it...

Bender- is it non-alcohalic,

Bender- Antiquing... BOOM

that made me laugh sp hard.

P.S. how come it didn't blow up the earth or at least kill everyone in the building since they were 2 feet from him

mmm 'metrosexual', another new word I have learned today! Thankyou BF1221.
Yeh that sounds like a good definition of Zapp.
I work with a guy who reminds me of zapp, He tries to come across as 'the man about town' but he is far far too domesticated to fit this role, he obssesively cleans and tidies the office at work and hides his smoking habit from his wife!
I Imagine that velour would give this man a thrill too.

Haha, I made you learn. I made you learn! Yeah there are a lot of people like that.

Trick: If they killed everybody because of that explosion there would be no more Futurama after that episode.

Yes it is. Bender should say dafodil and pimpmobile more often. I like to use most of Bender's Top 10 Most Frequently used words especially bite my shiny metal ass, chump, chumpette, and up yours.

This episode has what is in my opinion Fry's dumbest moment.

Fry: "OK, I gotta break down that gate, beat up those three guards, steal that chopper and rescue Bender."

[Leela breaks down the gate and beats up the guards.]

Fry: "Hey, I did it! Wait, that's not me."

Watching somebody do something and forgeting it's not you is about as dumb as you can get.

Hey, all right, so it was "Wait, that's not me", I got that right before from memory. Yeah, that's pretty dumb, but it's still hard to top the scene from Fishful of Dollars, where he doesn't recognize his own boss, thinks he actually never got frozen, believes that Pamela Anderson is in his pizza parlor AND gives away his pin number. That still gets my vote.

Actually, I think I've had moments like that. Usually they were when it was late and I was tired, watching something on tv, thinking "why don't you just move that out of the way" and then they'd do it and I'd think "there, I moved it for you".

"Something was said...not good. What was it? "Don't yell at Homer!" No, that's OK. What was it? ...Slow! They called you slow!"

Yeah that definatly tops the list, plus how stupid do you have to be going around telling everyone your PIN number? But Fry watching someone do something and thinking that it is himself that's a close second.

Oh well, anyway, I actually didn't really like this episode the first time i saw it - I thought it was pretty stupid and pointless. But it definitely grew on me, to the point where i now find it very amusing. I quite like it now.

The Honking definatly grow on you, most of the episodes that I didn't like ended up growing on me. In fact the only episode that has not gown on me is tomorrows episode The Cryonic Woman, so I'm just watching commentaries tomorrow. I'll get more on The Honking up in a bit, I'm in the process of watching it.

Farnsworth: Hmm. [He traces his glass backwards and forwards in front of the picture. The eyes follow the glass.] It has motor eye sensors attached to motion detectors.

Bender: So does my butt, but I don't frame it and put it on the wall! Although--
I'm suprised that he didn't think of that until now.... I love how everyone has some liquor and everyone gets freaked when they realize that Bender was probably telling the truth. Why did Zoidberg have makeup? That's kinda scary. Also where the hell was Fry going after he and Leela finished tacking Bender up on the wall? He lives at Robot Arms Apartment so where he going?

To DXC regarding the commentary question: The antenna on the hood gave it away.  :P

This isn't my favorite episode, but I love the Fry/Bender friendship theme running through it.

Uh oh.
Let the flaming begin.
I'll say it again, to me Cryonic Woman=great premise, pretty bad execution. Definitely in my bottom 3 or so episodes.

That said, I like the whole beginning part where the building takes off after the ship and the building winds around the arch and crashes into things; with Bender and Fry not even noticing what's happening; that whole scene was pretty funny. Episode goes downhill after the arrival of Michelle.

Agreed, this episode is my least favorite. If I watch it at all I'll only watch the beginning part where Fry and Bender fly the PlanEx ship. Other than that, I'm devoting today to commentaries, watching episodes I wont be able to this weekend because of a UB openhouse, and deleted scenes.

I like Sarah Silverman but I agree Cryonic is sub-par.  I'm not so sure it is the Michelle character that sabotages it.  I think that Fry needs Bender and Leela in his scenes to build up the humor.  To me his character is not very funny without them.

Even so, a bad episode of Futurama beats a good episode of about anything else out there.

Not the best episode but it has its moments. Like Leela trying to get her old job back.

Leela: "I'd like to reapply for my old job: Counselling defrostees and assigning them careers."

Ipgee: "Oh, I was hoping you would come back! I even saved your poster of a chimp expressing your distaste for Mondays."

Leela: "Monday Monkey lives for the weekend, sir."

And of course the Mongol invasion of China.

I always thought Cryonic Woman was one of the better episodes, sans the Pauly Shore bit. Kind of surprised me when I started coming here and reading that most people don't like it.

HipNoJoe: Ahh-greed. It's not entirely Michelle. It was maily the total lack of Leela and Bender. They definatly help Fry be more funny. THe worst episode of Futurama is 100x better than best episode of almost everyone else.

Probably one of the funniest episodes overall. Love the whole Kif and Amy thing. Love when Bender says "How about you interface with my ass". In general Kif is just adorable in this episode and Zapp and Kif are beyond hilarious.
