You can select a grab from GCEF or The Leela Zone's framegrab sections. You will have to save the selection to your hard drive then upload it to a service like Image Shack. Copy the direct link to the image given to you by Image Shack. To post it to this thread first open this thread and click on the "Reply" button at the top, it will take you to the reply window which looks like you already know how to use. Click on the underline word "picture" to the right under the emoticons. That will create the HTML tag. Carefully erase the stuff between the two sets of braketed IMG and /IMG and paste in the link you copied from Image Shack.

It's easier to do than describe but if want to pass to Frisco17 so the thread doesn't bog down while your learning it that would be good.

Doing your own grabs is a bit more complicated so we'll save that until you get the hang of just posting the "prefab" ones.
