1) Not from the first or fourth seasons.
2) Original run
3) Zoidberg's in the original shot (but he's not the red thing you see in the image).
4) The Professor is actually in this scene.
5) This picture was created using three effects (2 from Photoshop, one from Paint).

Effect from Paint? So... inverted colours? Hmm, that pink thing seems to be the Planet Express ship near yellow, red and orange something.

The image was indeed inverted in Paint, but it isn't from Where the Buggalo Roam.

These kind of scenes are always the most difficult to identify, because so many episodes feature the Professor in the conference room explaining some kind of scientific nonsense.
