i must find this episode!

me and my bud unfortunately missed futurama a while back...and we just caught the credits...however, the background of the credits was the most hilarious thing at the time and weve been having the hardest time finding the episode its from.
behind the credits there was a picture of a colourful frog with eyes that were all spiraly and such , accompanied by strange beats over and over for the music.
does ANYONE know what episode this is from!?

That frog was the Hypno Toad. It apeated in quite some episodes, such as "The day the earth stood stupid" and "Bender should not be allowed on TV".

In Bender should not be allowed on TV it was used as the credits, so that would be the episode you are looking for.
