Futurama: The Movie

hey everyone!

i was searching the internet movie data base and i almost cried when i saw that a futurama movie is coming out in 2007.  the movie is called Futurama: Bender's Big Score.  Now i dont know if this is all true, so dont quote me, but does anyone have any information on this topic?

Hi spastickangaroo.  Welcome to PEEL.     Here's the probably unnecessary yet obligatory link to the board's FAQ.

You can find most of the information we have on the movie in this thread.  To summarize: yes, there is a movie coming out hopefully next winter, and it's direct-to-DVD and also one of four DVD movies planned.  The show's also going to be airing on Comedy Central in 2008 with supposedly "new" episodes, but some of us theorize said new episodes are merely the movies broken down into 4 episodes apiece.
