Professor in the end of Antrhology Of Interest 1 and 2

At the end of the anthology of interests, the professor is always sad about something at the end. Plus, sad music plays. What I mean by this is that in the first one, at the end the professor says in a depressed tone,"So that's what life would've been like if i invented the finlonger. A man can dream though.A man can dream." In the next one the professor comes out with a jar with a label saying " Leela's organs" and the Proffesor says "Ooohhh! I was so close!" And Hermes sadly says," theres always next time professor. Theres always next time." The two scenes are quite similar. Just thought I'd point this out.
