Why must I be a crustacean in confusion?

Pardon my ignorance, but in 'Why Must I Be A Crustacean In Love', there is a reference to a 'Kegelsizer', which, according to David X. Cohen, is one of the subtlest and rudest jokes on Futurama...

...and I dont get it, being a naive 17 year old and all...*is embarrassed*

so could someone explain what it is, PM if neccessary-i used the search feature, but nothin came up...little help?

On a different note, I think one of my favourite risque jokes has to be in War Is The H-Word-'Balls Thoroughly Licked'.

In short:
Kegel was a gynecologist he invented the Kegel excercises. These excercises are that you train parts of the pelvic muscles which helps for better control of the bladder, a more painless birth and also a better sex experience.
