I CAN'T REMEMBER!!! My fiance's bday is coming up and I want to buy him the season with his favorite quote that Fry says: "I'll sleep when I'm dead." 
Does ANYONE know what season it's in?!?

Well, I can't really help...
But it is definatly NOT is season 1 or 2...
I've watched each of those seasons 5 times each...
1 & 2 are the only seasons I own on DvD as in Melbourne, Australia...Futurama is hard to find

Sorry to say this, but the only episodes in which the words 'I'm dead' were spoken were '30% Iron Chef', 'Future Stock' and 'Crimes of the Hot'. And Fry doesn't say it in these episodes, and he doesn't say anything like 'I'll sleep when I'm dead' in any episode. However, in 'Bender Should Not be Allowed on TV', Leela said 'We can all fight when we're drunk'. Perhaps if we had more clairification...

I also agree that this line was never spoken, though I'm by no means the authority on encyclopedic quote recollection.

Similar Fry lines include:

"We can kill ourselves when we get home!"

"Of course I've been up all night! Not because of caffeine. It was insomnia. I couldn't stop thinking about coffee. I need a nap."

and

"What a weird dream! I'll never get back to sleep."

All that comes to mind is a scene from CLone High USA.  Did you watch Clone High USA, asker person (can't be buggered to scroll back up to check your name)?

I don’t recall Fry ever saying this - or for that matter, the line ever being used in the show.
Might I suggest you search for the quote at “The Neutral Planet?” It’s a Futurama site with faithful transcripts of all the episodes.

Alright...sooooooo my awesome fiance could have sworn that quote was from futurama.  But he was so disappointed that he was mistaken, b/c it really isn't.  I checked every single episode.  lol  Oh well...thanks alot again!!!
