No. I hope not. It'd be cool, but not very human friendly. But hope it becomes a show again in the future!

The kind of future seen in Futurama is drawn from old guesses about the future.
It's a style unto itself, called "Retro-Futurism," "Retro-Futuristic," or some such.
You might look it up on Wikipedia, or check out this site.
The guy who runs the site has a lot to say regarding old guesses about the future.

It was bound to be closed or just die sooner or later. Most people know when an excited new comer joins they start topics which has either already been made or has no purpose at all.

Same. But the "start topics which has either already been made" bit because I was knew and either didnt know what search was or was too excited to care. But not the "no purpose" topics.

I'm just saying so I don't sound like a hypercryt.
