I've got the DVDs!!! May I say that I am amased at how superb the picture quality is!!! Absolutely astounding and the sound quality is pretty damn good too! I've only watched the first two episodes so far but will watch two more tonight.
The packaging is really cool too, one thing I don't understand is why Roberto is on disc three, when to my knowledge he doesn't appear until the third season?
I am so happy, I noticed that Tweek said that he got an advert saying that season 2 would be released soon, I didn't get this with my DVDs. I know Tweek bought the videos but I thought the advert would be in the DVDs too? There was an advert for "The Simpsons Season Two" due out in May, also "The Simpsons Backstage Pass" due out in June.
Anyway, I feel so good!!!

Damn! The box set done sold the **** out, dun! In mcr anyway, I got the last one from HMV after work. The deleted scenes, as always, were deleted for a reason. Quality set though, and the packaging is better than I'd hoped (although the sleeve's kind of a ball-ache). Also picked up Taxi 2

I've just finished watching disc one (except for the commentrys), it's so good watching Futurama without having adverts in the middle. Also they are uncut, which for me is a big bonus.

The menu's are cool and it's nice not to have the TV channel symbol in the corner all the time.

Got them since last Friday. It took me a week to get them, which was fairly long considering they only had to be sent from the UK to Belgium. Funny, you stay home until the hour the mailman drops by, every day, without success, and the very day you can't be present - there they are! BTW thanks to my friendly neighbour to receive the package for me (and not opening it!)

I remember Monday the 28th, I rushed home from work faster than ever before, and no DVD set. Next day, just as fast, no set. Wednesday, a more normal pace, no set. What's the matter, they sent an email friday, telling me it shipped that morning. Thursday, I thought: screw it, it'll come, when it comes. So I went shopping, and took wasted a couple of hours, and BAM the set waited for me. That was 6 days, just to cross the North Sea, but it was worth the wait.

In 10 years of living in Europe, only 2 things have made it worthwhile, the most important of these two being the availability of the Futuruma DVD set.
Why was first released here and not in the USA? And why does fox.com have such limited Futurama info., whereas fox.de has much more? Weird.
Anyway the DVD's are highly addictive!
