Making a futurama episode guide program! :) help needed

right now it only does episode "1" , i would be grateful if you can even write a description for one episode because thats one less i have to write for        ( of course i will give credit to you in the text for writing it)

 Edit: done the entire first production season now... if no one shows support for it ill just stop making it.

I did the Devil's hands are idol playthings however i wasnt sure if you wanted a small summary or a total explanation of what happens so i just did a big one. spoilers ahead

In order to win Leela's Heart Fry is forced to make a deal with the robot devil because his efforts to learn the holophone come to a halt after a he embarrasses himself at a recital and is told he has "stupid fingers" and will never be able to play well. The robot devil offers Fry robotic hands, however the robot he shall receive them from must be chosen at random. In an odd twist of fate the robot Devil is forced to part with his own hands and Fry is an instantly transformed into a successful musician. After being asked to write an opera Fry aggress as long as he can write it about Leela as one last chance to win her heart. The robot devil however is not a pleased with their deal as Fry is, and seeks to regain his hands with an elaborate scheme which starts with him giving Bender a stadium air horn nose in exchange for his crotch plate with which Bender accidentally deafens Leela who is then unable to hear Fry's opera. In a desperate bid to hear Fry's music Leela makes a deal herself with the robot devil. She Trades her left hand for robotic ears, but it then turns out she didn’t read the fine print in their agreement which actually says she is to give her hand in marriage. In order to stop the ceremony Fry is forced to give the robot devil his hands back and is unable to finish his opera. The episode (an in fact series) ends with Leela telling Fry that she still wants to hear the end of  his opera and with that Fry continues playing creating a crude hologram of Leela and him holding hands kissing, and walking into the distance together.

 Seems a bit strange to write it as a console program, instead of as html. Just witing this as a programming exercise, I assume?

You need to error-check your input, if it fails to read a number you need to clear the input device before you try to read again. If you enter text, it goes into an infinite loop right now.
(sorry, old habit. Spend a year teaching C++ and you start trying to break every program you come across, especially console apps  )

Partly as a exercise, i don't get to take any programming classes till next year and being the nerd i am i thought id get a jump on it.... Also there are a lot of htlm episode guides out there plus id thought it would be easier to have it in one place , all you need to do is input the number and you have it.
How many futurama episode are there in total anyway, just curious cause i need to number to put in the devils hand summary.

Devils Hands is 72nd out of 72. It depends if you are listing them in the production order or the order in which they aired  America. Devils Hands is last in both but some episodes can variey quite a bit.

not sure, but you can always refer to one of the html guides we're talking about. I suggest the transcripts section at The Neutral Planet It's got two complete lists, one for the ep guide and one for the transcripts.

... wow, 72? is it really so few? I guess I shouldn't be surprised. It annoys me that my incomplete simpsons dvd collection is so much smaller than my complete futurama dvd collection.
