In the Today section of The West Australian today there was an article run concerning the possible return of Futurama to syndication. Here's an interesting quote by David X. Cohen concerning the return:

'Three months ago I would have said we were going to start tomorrow. And one month ago I would have also said we were going to start tomorrow. So.. my current estimate is that we're starting tomorrow.'

Pretty interesting I thought. here's another snippet:

A return to television or, better, a direct-to-DVD feature would be a natural transition for the show, Coehn says.

'The more seriously we took the epic nature of the setting, the better the episodes turned out. For that reason, we always thought that would bode well for a movie because then we could take that to its extremes and so something we couldn't do in 22 minutes.'

Now I *know* that's an old quote, but I can't for the life of me remember where I read it.

I believe you saw it here.  If I remember correctly, you closed that thread because we already had this one.

They all start to run together after a while, y'know?

Using a quote from an interview previously published a month ago.  Now *that's* quality journalism.
