I haven't seen this posted yet, but I'm an uber lurker (my first post!). Sorry if it's a dupe, but it's a good article giving us more hope again...

Should be in the news section of CGEF I'd think.

Matt Groening has faith in the relaunch of Futurama, writes Michael Idato.

Nearly four years after it was cancelled, the popularity of Futurama on DVD could breathe life back into the animated television series. On the subject of a rumoured resurrection, creator Matt Groening, best known for his other animated hit, The Simpsons, says, intriguingly: "You never know."

Yep we know... sadly it still doesn't say that they will start. It just says that even Groening and DXC are waiting for a green light to start over again... but that is old news. As the whole article is already  ;)

This was posted yesterday: Futurama to return??!  and even then it was already a week old.  ;)
the first thread for it to appear here.

Like I said... not really new news, since rumours are around for more than half a year now.

Welcome to PEEL anyhow  :)

Enjoy your stay here.

Awesome, thanks!

I'll have to search better next time.

It's exciting to know that David X and Matt haven't given up yet. The David X commentaries on the new Simpsons set are fantastic. It's great to hear from him again.

Thanks again!
